Subway — Restaurant in Peshtigo

So, just went into Peshtigo subway. I was waiting in line to give my order. There were 2 people in front of me. I'm guessing the person working is a newer employee. As I was waiting, he asked the other person working a question about their oils. So instead of helping him out, she gets all snotty with him. So I want to know Subway, is this how you let so-called "management" treat your employees?? They are aloud to belittle people and in front of customers? I stood up for the guy. I order and get shredded mozzarella. A little finger amount. The last Subway I went to had it in premeasured cups. There is a big difference between the amount weighed and premeasured with the little finger sprinkle. I asked for the measured amount and the boy told me it would cost more.
