So the servers here are awesome, I'll start with that. Happy & uplifting attitudes from what I have experienced, especially Pat. He is funny & nice, also very helpful with suggestions & knows the menu in & out. Now with that said I must say that I've been here several times & tried a variety of food & drink items, & I was not very impressed with the larger percentage of things I've had. The ice cream is always great, but the boba drinks are just horrible. I worked at a boba tea shop for 8mos & made all different flavors in which I've loved every one(except banana just cuz i hate bananas lol), taro being one of my all time favorites. So being excited when I seen they had boba & they had taro flavor, I tried it on my 1st visit & it was just terrible. It tasted nothing like taro should taste, & the texture was thick & almost grainy like, even the color was off. The boba themselves were ok, u can tell they are not fresh made.. I didn't even finish it, & decided to try another flavor next time around. I went with matcha on my next visit & just the same as the previous time I came, the boba were not fresh, the flavor was bland & not sweet at all, that familiar thick grainy texture I remembered from the previous visit was again present with this flavor. I took one drink, & then another just to make sure, & I threw it out. I didn't return to complain or ask for a refund, I'm mostly not that person unless it's really really bad. But I came to the conclusion that this place is just completely inexperienced with boba, &/or the brand of powder or syrups they use are either cheap, or the mixture of ingredients they use or added ingredients themselves are off, wrong, or missing. They're that bad that I haven't tried another flavor & id suggest them to drop the boba off their menu completely & just stick to ice cream when it comes to sweets. Then there's the food, I'm obsessed with the funnel cake fries, the deep fried pickles are yummy too. The grilled cheese with tomato bisque is hard to mess up, the bisque was quite good actually. The Philly was bland & very dry. Most of the appetizers are good, their hard to mess up. The burgers are decent too. But I've had a hard time finding flavor in a lot of things here. The pulled pork is pretty great. My fiance speaks highly of the fish fry on Fridays, I've yet to try it myself though. The menu itself is All over the place, from boba & ribs to Indian tacos & fish fry's.. idk if that's what the menu creator was going for was a bit of everything or what, but i have to say it didn't work out for the best, & maybe they should think about a menu makeover & downsize to items that are similar, then they could focus on getting the flavors good & right. All around I think the menu creator went in the wrong direction...

If you are willing to wait, the food is delicious and they serve breakfast tell 2p. Service with a smile that has good value.

This was my first time visiting since they added a full breakfast dining experience and redid the inside of the restaurant, which BTW looks wonderful. If you have been there in the past I believe you can still get most of the same items as before, though I understand some things may not have survived the changes.

I ordered 2 apple pie pancakes with hash browns and cheese and onions (next time I'll see if they can cook the onions with) and it was delicious. The pancakes are huge so if you are not hungry I suggest ordering just 1.

Unprofessional employees and very slow service. I went to get the special that was posted on Facebook and no one knew what I was talking about. They didn't even have it in stock yet. I ordered a flavor burst cone and no one knew how to make it. I waited for a long time to get my sundae. Turned out they completely forgot about me while I was standing there waiting patiently. I told them the quarter machine was out of quarters but took my dollar. They said yeah that's not the first time that happened. They refused to give me my money back. I will NOT...
