This is about the third time I order has been wrong and I eat here all the time and never complain or send back my food. Tonight I just called to make them aware that I ordered crispy wings and on my box it says soft. The lady or girls shall I say that took my order was very unwelcoming on the phone, but I pay that no attention in order. After calling to let them know that my order was wrong. I was told very nonchalant and rudely bring them back and we can fry them. I told her I wasnāt going to bring them back. I just wanted them to be aware and that I sent my husband because I was sick she was very dismissive so I got out of bed, got dressed and went up there and asked if there was a manager she was sitting down and just said no. I asked her if my food can be remade and again rudely and nonchalantly she said how are they supposed to be fried so I told her and asked her if she had a problem with me because she sound like she did over the phone. rudely again, she said no, and took my food. So basically, I waited on them to re-drop the same wings that I had and they put them back in the box and gave it back to me with the same fries that I had put ketchup on which were now ice cold. The least they could have did for the lady answering the phone with a bad attitude, not wanting to be at work clearly who got my order wrong was give me fresh fries. I am becoming so disgusted with this establishment and I have been a loyal customer for years. Food prices are going up but quality and customer service is going down so who wants to...

When I arrived, the server behind the counter was pretty filthy tbh. Clothes and mask were dingy. After giving my order, she told me to wait. After about 7min, she asked again for my info. I gave it to her with the items in the order,my name, said I was picking up an order Iade thru DD. The entire time we're talking, she's whispering and I have to keep asking her to repeat herself. Turns out she has given my order to someone else who was DELIVERING doordash. She didn't confirm that the order was correct when she gave it to the actual Dasher who was DELIVERING for someone else. So I'm waiting. And as I'm standing next to the old pass thru window (closed since covid guidelines made them do a little remodel), I look thru the plastic barrier with the curtains behind it and the counter is COVERED IN FECES from either lizards, mice, or idk. That was enough for me. Someone needs to come do a daggone THOROUGH inspection bc that right there? That's a huge NO. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FOOD, JUST FIND ANOTHER PLACE THATS AT LEAST CLEAN AND THE SERVER TALKS...

She claimed menu prices changed and that I owed a nickel? Instead of arguing. I go outside get the nickel put it on the counter with the receipt she left for me to sign, she was able to pick up the paper receipt but unable to pick up the nickel? She said she couldnāt pick up the nickel and pushed it toward me I put it in her hand it drops and she pushes it again says she canāt pick it up.
