Was here with my friends on 08/15 for The Mimosa Crawl. I would not recommend. The young lady that was bartending between the hours of 2:00 -3:00 or so was very nasty and unprofessional. I don't know her name but she had on a rainbow headband. After sitting at another bar for 20 minutes without being served due to it being crowded (which we understood). We decided to come over to 1100 Social which was less crowded. We sat at the bar for an half an hour or longer and never got greeted by the young lady. She kept going around us serving people who walked up after us. When we finally got her attention she told us to hold one second. In that same instance she started helping a group of people who walked right up and got immediate service. So at this point I tried telling her that we have been waiting patiently, very calmly. Instead of just apologizing and making sure we will be okay she tells me there's other bars that we can go to instead. And that this is her bar and she won't serve us. What is your company policy on tending to customers and their issues? I work in customer service myself and I know that we should not have been handled like that. I have never in my life been treated like that any where I went especially when I was spending my hard earned money. She definitely ruined the entire event for us. Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked in here and the lady at the front put my name on the waiting list to be seated. She took my number and sent the text saying that it would be 25 minutes wait. I asked her if we could wait at the Bullies bar which was right across from 1100 social club and if we would get a text... she said “yes” and so we went to Bullies. 25 minutes pass.. 30 minutes pass... and still no text. I go back to 1100 social club and ask what the wait time was she proceeds to say “I thought you were getting food from Bullies so I took you off the list”... i say “ I asked you if we could WAIT at Bullies and you said Yes. I asked if we would get a text and you said YES... so why would you remove us from the list?” All she could do was smile and say “I’m sorry.. we are now closed”. I asked when did you know you would be closed and she goes “ as soon as you guys walked out” oh ok... we walked right outside the bar that associated with 1100 but in the main lobby and asked if we could order food and he said “yes” and even proceeded to hand us a menu...... never again... funny thing is I used to tell EVERYONE to stop by 1100 social club. However, I won’t be supporting any place that is ok with wasting...
Read moreWorst service. These people are terribly rude. I don’t know how long I had to sit at the bar before the bartender would decide to ask for my order. Meanwhile he went ahead and served tons of new people before he even looked our way. On another occasion, I came in and asked my name to be on the list to be seated. We asked her if while we waited, we could sit at Bullies for drinks. She said she would text is in 25 mins. We waited over half an hour and came back. She had this terribly dumb look on her face apologizing for taking us off her list. I asked her, why she would do that when she agreed to text is when they were ready and she went on to apologize that all of a sudden they were no longer seating people. We asked her why she couldn’t text us that but now she’s not able to text either. Who does this!? On top of this, we asked her when she learned that her kitchen was closing and she said “as soon as you left.” Why is it that no one in this establishment knows when this places closes? Because we walked right over to their bar and he handed us a menu to order food, saying they weren’t closing for at least another 20 minutes. Clearly management has no idea what...
