Bless Chinese and American Resturaunt — Restaurant in Philadelphia

On a Sunday evening I ordered beef and chicken with broccoli and substituted the white rice for fried rice. Everything seemed fine except for the broccoli (the main reason why I order the dish). The broccoli tasted as if it was sprayed (grown) with chemicals, as if it was not washed before cooking! Also, while in the store I saw some less than ideal food handling. I do not recommend this Chinese take out location. I could taste the chemicals in the food and it receives 1 star for food handling & sanitation.
