The Burger King Restaurant at 7th and Lehigh Ave, Philadelphia,Pa. - Wow, donât know where to start. Now I live in the hood so I am use to the hood experience but this took unprofessional to an all new low. Although the young people working the counter were very polite, will give them that- one girl working the counter was flirting with 3 guys standing there while they were getting her phone number, every profanity one could imagine they used as part of the conversation and she was cursing right along with them. Another girl was eating chicken fry things and another drink soda while working. Another girl (worker) from the back went to sit with the same guys - again shouting back and forth over the counter about why she wasnât working the floor, and again profanities flying, and the only woman older was working food prep never said a word- Donât know if she was manager, but this was obviously the routine because they didnât have a problem with doing this in front of a customer- simply amazing, although they also have a Little Caesars restaurant in that shop center, if Burger King represents the standard for that area and u like Burger King- my recommendation go to the one at Front and Erie- still in the hood, but nothing like 7th...
Read moreWednesday May 25th about 5:30. My son and I went to the Burger King at 701 Lehigh to purchase some food. At the drive thru the store had no drinks for my meal except OJ. My son put an order in online and we couldn't get it at the drivethru and was told to come inside to get it. When I did, at first one the girls couldn't look it up and didn't seem to care but the young lady who handled the register did find it. Then it took 20 minutes waiting for it to be to which the order was botched. While waiting I noticed one of the workers, if you can tell he worked there, just walked into the kitchen, without washing his hands and dressed inappropriately, went to the counter, made a burger sandwich, walked back out and gave to someone waiting in a car. Two of young ladies working there didn't have their hair covered properly and were just walking around like they were a social affair. The store did not look clean and the manager seemed to ignore customers as if she didn't want to be bothered. This is the only Burger King in North Philly you would think that these young people would take pride and care in serving food to the public. I'm sorry for the stores owners. There is not much...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. Iâd like to start off my saying that this is the worst experience Iâve ever had with respect to customer service (and I am by far not the Karen type of person). Additionally, Iâd also like to include that I waited between 40-45 minutes for this mobile, drive thru order (that I placed ahead of time, but was told I had to come inside to pick up). After waiting for almost an hour, I had 3 items missing from my order. When I asked if I can have something instead of the missing items, I was told no and that Iâd have to ask for a refund. If you need proof of this, if the site has audio and visual recording, please take a look. Youâll see my in a gray sweater and blue jeans standing in the same spot for 40-45 minutes. This happened on 6/13 and I left the location at 8:48 PM. During this entire time, the employees were cursing at each other, one was threatening to quit (saying he didnât give an âFâ about the job), the girl that was handling my order kept scratching her hair (while she is putting my food together, mind you) and her cousin came in and started âtwerkingâ at the counter. I kid you not. Watch the...
