Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Never again! Every time I try to give them a chance- which is not often- they remind me why I don’t go there!! This morning in the drive through, I ordered a decaf hot tea with sugar. I waited until I got to work to drink it, took a sip and it’s COFFEE! Called the phone number on the receipt because I wanted to tell them what happened and hopefully get a gift card or refund for the tea. No answer. So, I saved the coffee and my receipt to bring back to them on my way home. The man in the drive through window instantly has an attitude and is just unbelievably rude!! He told me since it happened in the morning, I should have come back in the morning. Newsflash—PEOPLE WORK! I had the receipt and the coffee you can clearly see I was given the wrong thing. He should have been honorable and given a refund or gift card. It’s funny because this is literally the worst Dunkin in the area and I wish ppl would stop patronizing them. The ONLY reason i visited instead of my normal location is because I pass it on my ride to work. Never again—too rude and don’t respect the customer....

Good evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting this location of Dunkin Donuts. I must say that this is my last time. I visited because my potential client asked to meet here. He bought a coffee and I was going to purchase something but I decided not to. I received a weird vibe about this location and there was a young man asking for money. I gave him some change. But I felt a sense of awkwardness about this location. I was waiting for Bill, my potential client. He showed and we talked a lot about life. I then presented him with the fitness paperwork and he took it with him and he said he would see his doctor and get the paperwork filled out soon. We both left. He wanted to use the rest room but it was out of order. I did not particularly like what the staff was saying about the rest room. The coffee was great! The service, however left alot to be desired. No good morning, no order tally at the end, no thank you. Then to add insult to injury, a DD tractor trailer was part parallel to our car (which was parked horizontally). The manager I presume, came from the side/back door as we maneuvered out of the tricky parking situation and started towards us (I thought) however he just went to the side of his car to inspect it for damages. We just carefully backed out of the parking spot, went around the trailer and drove away. We have learned how to pick our battles. I could run off reasons why I believe I was treated badly, however that is besides the point. I regret spending my money at this...
