Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The attitudes from some workers is ridiculous. They have no respect for the customers, they ask for your order with a stinky attitude then, get your order wrong and blame you for not saying it right . Please tell me how, HOT MED. COFFEE WITH SKIM MILK AND NO SUGAR sounds like MED HOT COFFEE WITH OAT MILK AND 3 SUGARS ? Then when you politely say, " I'm sorry hon,but that's not what I ordered" you get a " Weeeeellll! We don't do Skim Milk here!" With an eye roll. This is not my usual Dunkin place, I only came in because I was at the Frankford Terminal but will NEVER come in here again ,all I heard was alot of complaints from other customers and the words " never coming...

Should have listened to the reviews. Absolutely worse location I've been to and I still haven't been able to get anyone from customer service to get a refund on my order or store credit. I would rather go out my way to visit another dunkin location than to order from here ever again. If I could, I would give this place a negative star review. Not only have I gotten sick from the food from this location, but when people order on the go, PLACE THE ITEMS AT THE 'ON THE GO' COUNTER RATHER THAN CALLING OUT RANDOM NUMBERS PEOPLE CAN'T ASSOCIATE WITH WHEN...

I'm a decaf coffee drinker. I went to this Dunkin Donuts almost EVERYDAY. I always order on the go but its not on the go when you get there every morning and they say " I'm sorry we don't have decaf would you like to wait". Now why should I have to wait when I come every morning and I have to go to work. When I finally get it it's not all that great sometimes. I'm just frustrated with this whole thing so I will not have Dunkin...
