Crown chicken & grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Stopped by the new Broad Street location — the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly. But I didn’t stop there to meet new people and sightsee. 😅

Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the vibe. My chicken order was wrong and way too crispy. I like a little crunch, but not the kind that challenges the dog’s teeth. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Then the mac and cheese showed up cold… like “been sitting under the light for decoration” cold. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Went in there to order food and asked about the menu. The guy behind the counter was rude, nasty, and disrespectful. Then had the nerve to say "you gonna order or not?" I left immediately and went down the road. Never spend money with someone who can't appreciate the business. Work in the area from time to time but I'll never go back and neither will any colleagues of mine. Trash business and...
