Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Went their this morning and place my order for a toasted bagel and cream cheese on the side. So young lady took my order said okay and then I forgot what kind of bagel I wanted so I asked for an everything bagel the same way she stated to me that they did not have any Bagels but cinnamon raisin and plan. So I drove up to the window and the lady at the window asked me the same question I said no a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side then whoever was in the bed holler to her and said they just had raisin and cinnamon the lady at the window stated that's why she don't like to come to work because they never have the food items. So she act like she had an attitude and said well I have to get this lady her money back but what do you think I'm not giving you all the whole $20. Then she walked away from the window steady hollering I said excuse me how about the ham and cheese roll she stated looked in the drawer and said we don't have those either I said oh well so no bagel no anything they need to shut it down or...

I stop at this location every once in a while and the service is ok. As with most places the service can be kind of slow depending on how many people are inside but today it was absolutely ridiculous. I was the only person inside and there were 3 cars in the drive-through. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my sandwich (sausage on a croissant). When I started asking for a refund, no one responded. The guys making the food didn’t know who was making what. It was complete confusion. I won’t be heading back...

Me and my wife have a normal routine. In the morning we usually visit this same Dunkin to get our coffee and pay the same amount almost everyday. It's not about the money! Don't sit there and tell me the coffee is supposed to be a certain amount then charge me extra for something I didn't buy, because your system not being updated! That has nothing to do with me. Everyone visiting this Dunkin needs to make sure they are checking their receipts because they are charging you extra for something...
