I am so upset and pissed. I went thru a non crowded drive thru at your location today at 1054am. I pulled right up to the speaker spoke clearly and ordered four items. The young man asked me to repeat myself every single time more than once to where I was screaming the order at him that sent me a little bit, but worse things happen right. The entire trip to Duncan was to see my grandmother who is 101 years old. We wanted to surprise her with her favorite Dunkin item a coffee roll. We got our items and got to her house. Opened up her bag and it was a glazed doughnut not a coffee roll a tiny glazed doughnut.( not her favorite item). She then took a sip of her hazelnut iced coffee size small she made a face. There was no sugar at it and barely creamer. It was like rocket fuel. That’s two items completely wrong. The only item the green Matcha latte size medium iced was correct. I also ordered a medium Macchiato. No sugar was added to this either because the order on the receipt red ice only which was not my order. So we spent $25 on A few items and three were incorrect. Read moreVery RUDE!! The people who work here are not very bright, I have no words. When they're not being "not so bright " one of them catches an attitude. I still continued to come here in the morning as it is convenient in my travels,after today I'll be going to the one at "Philadelphia Mills". I Come in here as I have for months and the lady wants to tell me it's not my mobile order. I think I know what my order is and I think I know what my name is , then the lady next to her copped an attitude with me. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this Dunkin. I get a certain amount of creams in my coffee the same exact way for 20 years ( I get Dunkin donuts coffee 2 to 3 times A-day every day for close to 20 years at Different Dunkin locations all over the city. The last lady a few weeks ago the got an attitude insisted on telling me I had the wrong number of creams and there was more in there! Read moreI'm really over this Dunkin Donuts. I have repeatedly had to leave in the morning without coffee because they never come over to take your order. You think going inside is quicker when there are 7 cars in the drive thru line but not at this store. They are rude in the morning. ALWAYS. They see you standing there, don't smile, and don't even acknowledge that you are there. The younger girls in the afternoon around 4:30 are always great but it's not enough to keep me coming there. I actually asked the woman to help me this morning because I had to leave and she refused. Gave me attitude and wanted me to wait until she was finished making a drink for some imaginary person. Since I asked if it was he drive thru she said no. Yet the person in front of me already left he store. When you are working he front in any type of fast food establishment, you are ALWAYS supposed to help the people standing in front of you.
