Fran Lee Catering — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If there was a away to give zero stars I would. My father died on December 4th and I called this establishment and spoke to a woman Lynn on December 10th to schedule a luncheon in my fathers remembrance on December 29th. I booked the luncheon from 11am to 2pm for the 29th when I spoke to Lynn on the 10th and was told to call back on December 21st with a final head count and selection of the menu.

I called on the 21st and left a voicemail and received no response.

I called on the 23rd and left a voicemail and received no response.

I called on the 26th and left a voicemail and received no response.

I called 3 times on the 27th and left voicemails and received no responses.

I finally called again on the 28th and spoke to Lynn and was told that because we did not call to confirm the establishment could not accommodate the event.

Needless to say the woman I spoke to (Lynn) is a liar and she single handedly ruined my fathers memorial luncheon. I would NEVER utilize this establishment for any services. I could not be more displeased with the lack of service here, I would be very careful when thinking of...

I was invited to a birthday party here and our event was in the platinum room which is very nice. I met Fran the owner he was very friendly and outgoing. He explained to me that he made everything by recycled items which was a very good idea and he did a beautiful job. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. They had a good time at the event as well. Thanks Fran for making my families event a wonderful experience. He may not remember me by name but we laughed because he thought that he knew me. It's is a Very Nice Place to Hold a Function. The Down Fall is that they don't have a Parking Lot. You have to park in the parking Places of the People that live on the street. So the person that live here are basically confident to stay home on the weekends or have to park a block or more away from their homes. I'm disabled and so is my husband and many of the people on the street are Older so We have to Leave to Go Shopping and not sure we will have a Parking Spot. Sometimes we have to park a block away.
