Grand Kitchen & Lounge — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Service was horrible. Placed an order over the phone, the lady never gave us a total or told us we had to pay over the phone. After placing the order she gave us a 35 minute wait time for the food to be done. We sat outside for a hour for us to get inside & the cashier says our food order was never placed cause we didn’t pay over the phone. I said ya’ll didn’t tell us that when we placed the order. A young man comes from the back & said I called back to take the payment nobody answered, I showed him my call log & said nobody called me. He said I can make the order now if y'all want it but it’s gone be another 30 minute wait. We tell him we just waited a hour and now we have to wait another half hour. He said if she told y'all 35 minutes why y'all been didn’t come? If we would’ve came within the 35 minutes it still would’ve been pointless cause they said the food didn’t get made cause they needed a payment over the phone that the worker didn’t state when taking our order. The Grand Kitchen didn’t come to play with the wings. Them jawns be bangin. I’ve had the mango hibenero, sweet Thai chili, and lemon pepper. The peach cobbler egg rolls hit. Now the other menu items are okay. The pasta is not as flavorful, we had the lamb Cajun Alfredo the first time and Rasta pasta the second time. (Lamb by itself was flavorful and good) Also, the seafood cheese steak, is loaded with seafood, mainly salmon and big shrimp. I just wish it had more flavor the teriyaki flavor wasn’t really there and the bread was split in the other side so I had to eat with a fork. Couldn’t pick it up like I wanted.

I will go again to try the rice bowls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is clean, but they should let me in a decorate. It could be more appeasing to the eye. Don’t let that deter you from going. They doing good stuff in...

I don't even know where to begin. The guy that took my order said it was gonna be a 30 minute wait, okay I worked in food service, everything is made to order. And I don't mind the wait if the food is good. I'm really mad I waited today after not eating all day. This food was so trash I'm definitely going to dispute the charge. I got the grand sampler. My fries had little to no cheese on them but was the best thing in the platter. The wings were just fried no seasoning, the cook just sprinkled pepper on top after they were fried. My cheesesteak and buffalo chicken rolls had this sweet syrup sauce on them it was digesting if I wanted sweet rolls I would have order the peach cobbler rolls. Burger sliders were bread and burger just dry. Mac and cheese was mid as well. I am very disappointed and I will NEVER patronize...
