KFC is really down bad in general, but this particular location needs to be shut down. For a fast food place, the food is NEVER ready on time. If the app tells you your food is ready, watch a few more Tiktoks before you leave the house. If someone inside tells you food will be ready in a few minutes, just go home because that is a lie. 2. For a fast food place that specializes in chicken, they NEVER have any chicken! They will literally have everything ready and in abundance except chicken. They will have you waiting damn near an hour for them to fry up a fresh batch of chicken that they got from Cousin's because they ran out. Doesn't matter if it is their regular peak rush hour or not, they always seem to be surprised that they don't have anymore chicken. If you need a refund, good luck getting one. They recently changed their policy to not giving any refunds in the store. Talking about they will make it right with a smile. If you contact corporate, it' just as bad because they claim to need to do "an investigation" which takes weeks before they issue you a refund. Your best bet is to pay on a credit card that let's you easily refute charges and let this restaurant fight amongst themselves. They won't give you a refund, but they WILL give you food poisoning. I got a bucket of chicken from this store a few weeks back and my entire family was fighting for a seat in the bathroom. Went to urgent care and found out it was food poisoning. Clearly a glutton for punishment, we went back another day and ordered some cherry poppers for the kids. I thought the poppers looked extremely pale and split one open to find raw dough inside. Imagine if I had given that raw mess to my kids. And these idiots got the nerve to say no refunds! If you're picking up your food, come with a bullet proof vest and ready to squabble up. Every time I've been at this location, I found several pissed off customers who were actively arguing or about to fight with staff members. The customer service is trash and communication is non-existent until someone gets irritated enough to start an argument. Suddenly then the staff becomes vocal but in all the wrong ways. No leadership. No de-escalation skills. No understanding of service. No sense of direction. Just a crew of the blind leading the blind. Avoiding accountability and blaming the errors on each other. If you order delivery, be prepared for your order to be missing items or not delivered at all. And don't rate your delivery person badly, because trust me it is the restaurant not the delivery person.

Read moreI entered the store at 1808 hrs and placed my order at 1811 hrs (Ticket #3710). There was a Hispanic couple that arrived after me. After waiting for numerous online orders to be filled they were able to place their order. They wanted the same 8 piece meal that I had ordered but due to the failure to communicate on both ends they only ordered chicken only, no sides. After they placed their order I overheard the couple talking, the wife showing the husband something on her phone and explaining just that. The husband was noticeably frustrated. The couple received their (wrong) order at about 1830 hrs. When I inquired as to how the couple was able to get their order before mine, the reply was "Your's is right here". After another 6 minutes I received my order, departing the store at 1836 hrs.
The counter area included a thick (probably bullet proof/resistant) facade of acrylic protecting the workers, making communicating with the cashier difficult as you had to bend down and speak through the opening used to shoot your order to you because the microphone didn't work. Not good if you're attempting to order from the menu board while reading from it.
The cashier handled food and $$$$ without using gloves or practicing any hand sanitizing procedure, at times exposing orders to visually inspect (I guess) prior to sending out any orders.
