I experienced the worst demonstration of service today your north Philly location on Leigh ave. . The expo (sierra) lacked professional courtesy and class. I ordered through the app. It was close to lunch but the app won’t let you order lunch if it’s breakfast time. I ordered at 10:21. An hour later the LINE COOK (which she called a few names in front of the clients because he walked out the door for a moment) comes and asks me about my order number. The expo then chimes in after ignoring everyone (including me) in the front for so long unless they were cashing out (to include some career applicants). I get being short staffed and I get being in the weeds / slammed. If my ticket number came up and you didn’t have the items then simply address it. If you ignore it then how would I know? Once they (the workers) spent minutes looking for my order, the expo asked to see my order (while saying they been called that number…. They hadn’t they called 1670 and never 1662) and then sees that I have a breakfast order and says aloud that we don’t have that because that’s breakfast. Get your money back through the app and walked away. I absolutely loathe when people are rude without cause. I was resoextful and patient. I know the business so i was giving them grace. If you missed an order then say that. It’s $6. But my time is valuable and I have a job to get to. I renivate houses in philly i oay for my qorkser to oatronize thus location. Not after today! Ill order in for sure. On a PR side: The expo had no belt on (had to continuously pull her pants up in front of the clients), had a dirty gold head covering (that the clients were also talking about, had no gloves on while opening/filling the orders (which the clients were also talking about). She sounded efficient with her volume but perhaps that level of efficiency missed me today. A simple apology and handling me better for standing there so long would’ve gone a complete different direction. I would’ve reordered and all would’ve been well but when you make a scene now attention has to be brought to the subpar disposition. Read moreThis morning, I went to McDonald's to order breakfast for my Mom and my 5 year old Daughter. I ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese mcgriddles; hot pancakes meal; and a large iced tea. I asked for extra butter & syrup. Once I had gotten my food; I noticed that they only put 2 butter and 1 syrup. I interjected and asked for extra syrup. The female worker said, "Sauces is an extra cost!" Remind you! I spent close to $12.00 on my debit card. I thought it was a joke; but when the Assistant Manager said that it was a 27 cent charge. I stated since when; she stated that they had new management. This is an urban area in North Philly! Some people live below the poverty line; and the fact that they want to charge people for sauces is ludicrous! I will never come back to this McDonald's! Not only that they had gotten my order wrong, which they gave me 2 bacon egg & cheese mcgriddles. They only put 2 pieces of bacon on it. Cheap!!!!!! First of all I go place a order then along with a pineapple & mango smoothie, before placing it I asked if they had that flavor , they said yes. So after paying come to find out they didn’t have it , so they like u want something else No , just refund me my money . They took over 20 minutes in the drive thru , the cashier said they have it now , ok so I will take it , another 20 minutes, here go the supervisor said they didn’t have it, so I explained to her what the problem was. So I told her to just refund me. So another 10 minutes later the cashier come, and pass me a smoothie.
