Saw this place on tiktok so went to try the crabs..big mistake. Ordered a dozen crabs for 19.99. They store the crabs in the back so you cant see them prior to ordering. I asked to see 1 and it was small but i got them anyway. They cook them when you order them. As i was waiting for them to cook a couple broght their crabs back saying they were mushy. I was like oh lord. The couple explained to me that they ordered them before and they were fine and tried to assure me that mine would be fine as well. I wish they were right. Got all the way home, set up my table and the first crab i opened it was an immediate smell of ammonia. Opened another one same thing. Almost all of them smelled like ammonia and mushy. I called the store since i was not going back down there for 19.99. The person on the phone told me to order crabs after 1pm lol. Huh? He said he cant get the people in the morning to cook the crabs right. I told him i dont think its how they are cooking the crabs i think they are spoiled or they could be cooking dead crabs. I will not try them again but if you do be sure to go after 1pm...

My experience at Shopmart was absolutely terrible. I was shocked to find that their meats were completely outdated and was close their expiration date. It was clear that they had no regard for the health and safety of their customers, as they continued to sell these products.

To make matters worse, the bread I purchased was molded. How could they possibly think it is acceptable to sell such blatantly contaminated food? It was a disgusting and nauseating experience to witness such negligence.

The only somewhat positive aspect of Shopmart was the reasonable prices. However, it became clear that the low prices were simply a reflection of the quality of the products they offer. The food was nothing short of trash, and it is clear that they put no effort into providing fresh and safe options.

I ordered a meat package from them with extra party wings they forgot the wings and a dozen of eggs I've literally been waiting 3 days for my stuff then I called yesterday and I was told the driver brought it to the wrong house...they asked me to go knock on the door and get it back when I refused they told me since the driver confirmed that he dropped it off they're not accountable for it. When I started getting rude that's when they decided they were gonna give it to me then calls back and says the delivery driver had a emergency so I couldn't get my stuff until the next morning.
