McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Before ordering at the drive thru the woman on the speaker notified me that they were only taking cash that evening. I I had enough for some fries and a burger so I stayed in the drive thru. By the time I realized there was some other problem and I should just leave (11 full mins) the line started moving. When I got to the window for my food I saw that they had no idea which was my order. The kids running the show were extremely disorganized but with happy attitudes. Some not in uniform but hanging out with their friends. I got my food. Started to drive away, looked in my bag and felt cool fries and hard bread. I parked my car in the lot and walked back to the window and requested new fries. I decided to just throw the burger away because the possibility of all the buns being old and hard was high. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a fast food joint. Planned to call to report all this 2 days ago but got distracted. Also some of the signage on the window was covered with advertising to purchase houses for cash. Not appropriate. This store owner and manager have taken their hands off the wheel. I...

Drove up around 8:30 p.m. No one taking orders at the drive thru speaker. I drove up to the window, sat there next to a worker who ignored me for a good five minutes. I said things out loud like "Hello. Am I a person? Do I exist? Am I invisible? Am I really here? Are you really here? What's the meaning of it all?" At that point she opened the window, and with a big warm smile said "Hello, how can I help you?" I said "Hello, is the drive thru open?" She turned to her manager and repeated my question. The manager, with a completely straight face, said "No, I'm not trying to do all that" and then turned and left the room. The worked then said to me "No... but the lobby's open!" So, here's another McDonald's that needs to accurately advertise. If by "Drive thru" you mean "Drive thru if we feel like it which, let's be really real, you know we won't," then it's accurate. Otherwise, you need to change that...

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALDS EVER. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING QUITTING FAST FOOD, GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. I TOOK MY DAUGHTER THERE TO GET SOMETHING SHE WANTED. WAITED IN THE DRIVETHROUGH FOR 15 MINUTES ONLY TO PAY AND GET TO THE LAST WINDOW AND FIND OUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING SHE WANTED AND SHE WAS OFFERED SUBSTITUTES THAT WERE SITTING SOMEWHERE FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED FROM MY CAR AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED ACTED LIKE THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THE BURGER CLEARLY WAS NOT MADE FRESH AND I ORDERED A SPRITE AND RECEIVED IT WARM WITH NO ICE. THAT SHOWS HOW LONG I WAS IN LINE AT THE DRIVETHROUGH. NEVER AGAIN. WHOMEVER RUNS THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THE AREA THIS STORE IS IN IS PREDOMINANTLY BLACK AND IT'S PATHETIC THAT THE EMPLOYEES CAN'T DO A BETTER JOB AND SHOW PHILLY THAT WE'RE HARD WORKERS WITH DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE....
