I ordered through Grubhub and noticed I wasn’t the only person who had this experience and I see that as the case here on google as well. My fault for not reading these before ordering. When I called the pizza place about the order, some guy answered and was extremely rude and patronizing. He would barely let me get a word in and was just plain nasty. He said the order was picked up and delivered and that no one answered. First of all, I was by the door the entire time. No one knocked. I went to the door several time. No one was there. No one called me or texted either and my contact information through grubhub is accurate. I’ve ordered this way many times before for work events and if there were questions, delays, or issues, the restaurant always called. Not this place though. So when I finally did I have some guy jumping down my throat, passing the buck and calling me “sweetheart” every two seconds? Read morePLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALERT ! This location will charge your credit card twice for your order, so that their employees could pocket the money! After calling them to address this issue they told me to take it up with my bank, saying that My bank charged me twice, not them. Which didn't even make any sense. My bank didn't punch in my numbers twice for my order, and many other customers have had the same issues. I have been a dedicated Customer since this location opened, so it was upsetting that they were so rude addressing this issue when I called. Offer a credit or money back when this happens!
