I love the food here. Honestly the service can use some work. Some employees pick up the phone just saying hello... I be thinking I'm calling a private number. Just a tip.. SAY THE BUSINESS NAME AND SAY YOUR NANE WHEN COMMUNICATING OVER THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER!!!
Also some employees add extra amounts to your order if you're using a card..(and no I'm not talking about that card charge) I'd tell them the amount I want to tip and a few hours later 3-6 dollars would be added. Seeing as they already charge a $3 delivery fee plus what I tip($3-$5) I'd think the extra I willingly tip was good enough..and because I'm not far from them at all...I guess someone who works there disagrees.
Alot of times I'm charged for extra condiment I do not receive. I'll order things on the side like pickles, peppers.. i won't receive!!!! But I've been charged for them!!!! So other than that the food is awesome. The food is the only reason why I put up with these people. If your food changes I won't come back. Just make sure you keep making good food.

Call owner says will replace as soon as driver returns , fine, hour later call back owner asks if I still have cake yes find out he never sent driver back apparently once u pay they don't care if your food is correct if I wanted to wait another hour he'd send driver back when he was done with other customers because he had my money so why should he care if it's 3 hrs later and everyone else has already eaten So no I would definitely not go somewhere that the owners care so little about the food...
Read moreMy experience made me not want to order from this place EVER again. Most of the people who work there are rude and have no idea what good customer service actually is. They obviously do not care about their customers or their orders. In fact when you call you might as well just give them your address and let them bring whatever they want because they do not care what you want to eat or if you have food allergies. Than again you might just have to pick up whatever random item they give you because they send all of their delivery drivers home before dinner time even starts.
