Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

First time I was there it was nice. Night time manager was very welcoming and food was hot. I went again yesterday and the wait was horrible. It was dirty and people had waited 30 mins for their order. I ordered and waited. I got my order and I was missing my apple pie. They told me that the one they had there wasn't any good. So they had to.make them. Plus my food was cold. The same manager was there today as yesterday. So I went in today and ask for my pie from yesterday because I didn't want to keep waiting the night before. He said I needed a receipt. Ok I get it I know I do, but you were the Manager from the night before. Then I couldn't use my coupon because the manager said the machine for the codes wasn't available. He said you'll need to talk to the other manager but he's on vacation. Like hello "you are a manager too". Just had 2 bad experiences and it makes me upset because I was dying for them to open too. Chicken was sitting under the lamp a little to long it was hard and terrible didn't get our order right, asked for a second side but didn't get it, the strawberry biscuits again another item it was hard as a rock, if your food has been sitting under the lamp for awhile get rid of it don't serve it to your customers. When I order all dark meat don't push your white meat on me when I see dark meat just tell me it's spicy and mild dark meat. Owner/Manager does nothing about unruly kids harassing paying customers. I have dined in at this location about five times. No issue until last Saturday afternoon. About 10 kids come in. A mix of boys and girls that looked to be 12 to 14 years old. They just went to a booth. Did not purchase any food. Four of them kept going in and out of the bathrooms. One had a bottle of glue and a can of something I could not identify. The guy running the place sees this and doesn't say a word.
