EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED 1ST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER...
Placed an order online, called the number provided online should you have a challenge with the order, which directed me to Romano's Pizza Express.
I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. Spoke with Angie (who stated she was the owner's daughter). I explained I was a first-time customer and that my order was incorrect. The 3 hoagies orders that I placed were not prepared as requested. The 2-liter soda I requested was not sent but another soda they chose. Three additional items were sent that I did not order, which caused my debit card to be overcharged.
Angie wanted to argue and stated she can read my order. I responded that she needed to hear the order I placed, not what they chose to send me. It was obvious that Angie did not have good quality customer service and that she wasn't the proper person to speak to and/or resolve this situation. I asked to speak with the owner and she hung up the phone on me. I called again three additional times and she still was unprofessional, hung up on me again and refused to put the owner on the phone. She also stated she was not giving me a refund.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT place an order at Romano's Pizza Express because they will rip you off and not even try and help resolve the problem. They will prepare your food the way they choose, send you additional items you did not order, send whatever flavor soda they choose, and to top it off they will refuse to give you a refund.

   Read moreI chose curbside pick up so that my food could be brought out to me. When I called to let you guys know that I was outside. I was told that's not something you do. Even though it was an option to select when checking out online, which I did. And I showed this to the woman that gave me my food as proof.
What's more disappointing than that. Is that the shrimp that came with my meal are those frozen prebreaded butterfly shrimp that you buy at the grocery store! Instead of the fresh shrimp đ¤ that you have to peel and bread yourself. Which is pictured in the photo on the flyer I received for the restaurant.
I wouldn't have ordered this meal, had I known that this is what I was going to receive.
PS, The fries were EXTREMELY DRYING to my mouth and throat while eating. I could barely get...
   Read moreThey refuse to deliver to the hospital during corona .... meanwhile, I can pick up an order after working at the hospital for 12 hours, but they wonât deliver to the street corner that the hospital is on - we order soo much from them - excuse me, we orderED so much from them ... no more ... thanks so much!!!!
Edit: Thanks for responding. It completely broke our hearts and was frustrating - we ordered from there weekly. Very few places deliver and our cafe is closed weekends after 1900. I completely get it that it is your business and you are free to run it as you like, but Iâm just baffled that I can walk in there after a twelve hour shift being exposed to who knows what, but the driver canât come to the street corner - we offered to meet them at someplace other than...
