Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. Waited at the window and then I heard "you gotta come in, drive thru is closed" no hello no I'm sorry, you have to come in, no nothing and that was from the manager. I went in to stares like I was from outer space. Then someone came to the front and asked "can I help you". I told him I had 2 mobile orders. Not sure if he was new but he had to ask how to pull up mobile orders. Someone came over and showed him. I asked if they could put cones or something in the drive thru to let people know its closed, he said "we about to do that". It didn't happen while I was there. So i ordered the new sweet n spicy wings but apparently they ran out of sauce. They went in the back to ask the manager then came out and still could not find the sauce. Eventually the manager came out and they found the sauce and put cold sauce on hot chicken. Thats how I knew the person in the drive thru was the manager she was the only one with a different shirt and a headset. Now for the chicken, they use ghost pepper wings and just pour sweet chill sauce on top. They are ok but nothing special. Definitely don't recommend...
Read moreI was really disappointed with this location, and this is no exaggeration. I sent my daughter inside (because work trucks blocked the drive thru) to get 3 fish sandwiches and a pie. She comes back with no pie in the bag, and 3 OLD and COLD, fish sandwiches!!! They looked like they were from the previous day and fried in old oil because they were dark. Lunch time had just began so I know it wasn't freshly cooked. She goes back and explains, then asks about the missing pie. The cashier says "Oh, I didn't charge you for it" (Ok, clearly if she ordered it and is asking for it, that means she wants it.) After a moment of staring and blinking, she finally asks "Do you want the pie?" What is going on here with the selling of old food and the lack of "good" customer service? I'll try again, but if anything like this happens again, it shows that your crew needs to be retrained and I'll be...
Read moreI know and understand that all eateries are doing drive thru only. So I go and stand in the drive thru being careful with five cars in front of me and four cars behind me. As the last car in front of me pulls up to get their order . Now it's my turn after standing there for about five minutes the person taking orders tell me that she can't take my order BECAUSE I'm not in a car. But the sign on the front door says Drive thru only. So I say ok I'll order from the drive thru.. It didn't say anything about you must be in a car. I have ordered food from Kentucky Fried Chicken & Churches Chicken from the drive thru with no problem. I didn't see that there was an issue rather in. a car or not the safety issue was still in...
