I tried to fix your issue and remake your order when u called with devein shrimp at no charge but you declined and decided to write a review based on no facts.. the usda and the food and drug administration allows the sale of whole shrimps because it poses no health harm.. please do your research. Why do you need to ask for clean shrimp at a seafood restaurant? That should be standard practice. Like I said before its lazy on your part as a food service provider. If you cleaned all out food all the time then this wouldn't be an issue. Your employees who take orders over the phone should make the customer aware of the options for them to know y'all sell dirty vs clean shrimp.

Yes, you offered me to remake the food. However, like I told the girl on the phone I didn't like the flavor of the sauce and didn't want to waste y'all time making food I wouldn't eat again. Y'all hours of operation are inconvenient anyway. I would have had to wait 4 days till y'all opened again to get the remake.

Timeline---We got our food on Friday night, came back Saturday morning to return it, y'all wasn't opened at the hours you posted to be open (11 am) , y'all opened 30 mins later, so I left after waiting 20 mins and calling the store multiple times, then I would have had to wait until Wednesday of the following week to go back for my remake ??? No, that is completely unreasonable and a refund should have been issued for all the inconveniences of this. But instead you wanna make a passive aggressive response to my review of my experience. You can't be mad that you gave me only one option to solve this issue and I chose not to take that option. My experience is my experience and I have the right to tell it in a review.

Lastly, you can't say that for sure dirty shrimp poses no health harm when you don't know how other people may react too that. (Are you a doctor???) If so, please drop the links to the scholarly research articles that prove your claims, I can send you the articles that tell you that dirty shrimp does pose harm to someones health. You personally may like to eat dirty shrimp and have no health issues from that but for someone else it could be different. So speak only for yourself and you preferences. Made unaware to us you have to ask for your shrimp to be cleaned. We got a Shrimp boil and crab/shrimp boil and all the shrimp was unclean. A lot poop built up in all the shrimp. Now I never been to a seafood place that doesn’t clean their seafood. I think It’s very lazy and hazardous to do serve dirty food, especially to paying customers! Someone can get sick from that.
