The very first thing I need to say is do not eat here. The food is HORRIBLE. I was driving thru Nolibs this afternoon and came across this place totally by accident. I actually took the time to pull over, google the restaurant, and read its reviews. After reading the reviews, I figured this place had to be okay. Wrong! I doubled back around, went inside, and ordered a lamb gyro and a shrimp bowl. Sighs. Where do i even begin? The food sucked. My lamb gyro smelled and tasted burnt. It had no seasoning at all. Worst gyro I've had in my entire life, hands down. They do give you a sizeable amount of meat but it just did not taste good at all. My shrimp bowl was beyond pathetic. just a few pieces of shrimp randomly tossed on cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and white rice. I will never eat here again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. If you want a TRUE authentic gyro, go to South Street Souvlaki for the real deal. Yeeroh is a huge THUMBS DOWN.
Update: To the owner, who just called me a liar. You are clearly very unprofessional. It shows not only in the crappy food your restaurant serves but also in your childish response to my very legit review of your establishment. Yes, I was in fact there TODAY, and I did in fact order two dishes, and they were both horrible. I am not a rival business owner of any sort. I'm simply a guy who likes to eat good food, hence the reason I will NEVER return to your restaurant. Grow up and have your crew take some...
Read moreWas excited to try this place out since I was in the mood for Mediterranean food, I ordered a falafel mixed green bowl and Kabab sandwich. My order took a bit to make and when I finally receive it and got back to my resident, which is not far from this location. My kabab sandwich wasn’t even lukewarm but cold also very skimpy with the meat it was more bread then anything, the falafel‘s in my bowl were super dry and bland also was not a fan of the Greek dressing. It’s basically oil it didn’t taste like nothing, everything that I ate definitely lack that flavor. And for the price you’re paying, you would expect a more authentic Mediterranean establishment. Unfortunately for me this place just was not it, definitely need to work on improving the...
Read moreFinding a gyro in the US that tastes as good as the ones in Greece is very hard, but this place is as good as it gets. It’s the first restaurant where I really enjoy the gyro without feeling disappointed that it doesn’t quite taste right.
I also like that they have a souvlaki option, and that they have the more modern salad and rice bowls. The food is so delicious and they have a really friendly staff too. They also have some Greek products you can buy (snacks, coffee, etc) and dessert....
