Dealer was extremely rude to me more than once. I bit my tongue so as to avoid exacerbating the situation. He did not as he was methed up and could not control his brain, which was addled by the speed he was using. I was on a call with my doctor as I am presently dieing from amaloydosis which is an incurable disease. One of the impatient players complained and then the dealer rushed me through the whole hand. To make matters worse I won the hand with two pair A-J which I could have slow played with al those impatient players, My question is are the dealers supposed to assist impatient players because everyone could see I had a Cane. This, ofcourse was ignored by the players, but then the dealer kept berating me for not playing fast enough. All this while only a minute had gone by. The methed up dealer continued to rush me each and every time. This was last Saturday on the 9th. My further question is, is there a time clock;and if so-- how much time do I have? Further is there urine tests to check for drugs among the dealers because I have a sinking feeling this dealer was on meth (speed) or he'd have noticed I needed more time and he'd have been way more professional in his tush to make me make a decision, which turned out to be bad, with probably the best hand I had all morning. In fact I'm sure he was methed up as I live at Kensington and Westmoreland, which is a hotbed for drug addicts. I did lose alot of money that morning, but that definitely didn't matter as I was not getting cards all morning. That's how it goes sometimes, but I don't need a methed up dealer helping other players to rattle me especially while I'm getting extremely bad news from my doctor concerning my health. Lastly I asked this dealer for change twice before the hand started and the employee that could provide it to him was not around. He never asked any of the other players to change my $100 bill, which would have taken no time at all, but when your," methed to death". You only want things to go your way with no deviation. That is because drug addicts are only concerned about theirselves and no one else. It was extremely disappointing, but worse; just makes me want stop playing in the tournaments att your casino. I know that is no big deal for you, buy it was one of the few things I could enjoy ad I am not ambulatory most days because of the extreme pain caused by this horrific disease. Lastly I never complain about anything to anyone. I would rather speak to that person, but I don't want it to happen to another sick person who may have to deal with that unprofessional drugged out...

Rivers casino made so many mistakes as I was trying to withdraw money: The cash advance machines are labelled that they accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. and they will say you have an approved transaction if you pay with your phone. However, when you take the second step to go to the window to retrieve your money the attendant says that these are not valid means of payment. Why do the machines accept these types of charges in the first place then? I had to wait for a manager to void the above mistake. Or, I was told, I could wait 4 hours until the transaction voided itself. My bank flagged the Rivers transactions as fraudulent. Once I confirmed it was OK, I did a regular CC withdrawal. I am in perfectly good standing with my bank and this card. After waiting in line again to talk to the manager, she incorrectly voided the successful CC transaction as well as the Apple Pay one. So I had to go back for the fifth time to the kiosk and wait on line again at the cashier to get money to play. They asked for my rewards card during verification and then didn't give it back. As a result, I was not able to get rated at the machines and poker. When I went back to get it, I was told all rewards cards were thrown in the trash at the cashier and I had to sign up again for a replacement. They charge you 7% for a cash advance.

The staff are rude and poorly trained. The smoke is bothersome and the place is just so ratchet. Take the trip to AC, it is worth the drive.

The poker room only had $1/2 and $1/3 NLHE. There are no other game options. They rake money for a high hand every hour, which is excessive.

I rarely fear for my safety as I am a big guy but the scene at Rivers casino at 2 AM on a Saturday is...

I must say first that I enjoy Flipt very much. I Have eaten there a few times and it's always great. Last night, not great at all. I'm sure there will probably be another 50 people that will agree. There was a problem with orders, they stopped taking orders at 1215am. Waited in line and was told after 90 minute wait that no more food would be served. Many people, including myself were not happy to say the least. My fiance and I drove 2 hrs to use our freeplay amd our food credit and have a nice night out. Went to rewards desk and was told nothing could be done. I said well you just lost a customer. I was also suppossed to have a free room because of my play, that was not available, even though I had the mailer for the month of October that said I was entitled to one. Than you make people wait in line for 2 hrs for food and then tell them sorry no food and nothing we can do. I turned my card in and I will spend my money elsewhere. I could go on but no use. It's a shame too bc they had lots of machines we enjoyed and they made it worth the 75 mile drive, after being told I had a comped room ,and then you say I dont was strike 1. Then making 50-75 people wait in line for food and then say sorry we cant help you , well that's just plain wrong in many ways. Took out my chain full of casino cards and unhooked rivers and said to the man at rush rewards desk if you cant help with anything, here is your card back, and I walked straight out the door, and we drove home hungry and bummed out. I won a pretty big jackpot online back in June and we played alot of money there. We will take our business elsewhere where we are not to...

Absolutely horrible experience! I literally walked in received a card, went to the restroom then went to the ATM machine where I was ripped off without playing one cent in this establishment. I withdrew $120.00 + a 5.99 surcharge and the ATM gave me $40.00 and my receipt stating I was given $120.00. The attendant told me to go to the Cash Advance department and they would refund the difference $85.99 because they can view the real time transaction. Well, that didn't happen! I was given a telephone number to call on a Pink Post It Note! I asked for a manager and of course the manager wouldn't arrive for another 25 minutes. Needless to say very unsatisfactory, unorthodox business practices in a thriving casino! I will f/u with this story later because now I have to make calls to my bank and the # on the Pink Post It! I hate Sugar Hose_ Rivers casino and I'm Never going back! What if this happens to elderly patrons on a fixed income looking for a fun night out for entertainment! Horrible establishment! A picture of the ATM that ripped me off🤨😡

Great casino overlooking the waterfront along the Delaware River. This was formally the Sugar House Casino (I never went so I can't say if it's better or worse). There's no connected hotel here. If you plan on making a weekend visit, you can find a hotel in Philadelphia which is a 10- minute ride away. On the casino floor, they have a good amount of newer video slots and a high limits room as well. They also have the usual card, craps and roulette table games. The layout is spread out on one floor. They do have a restaurant or two and a bar connected but I did not eat in either one. A Dunkin recently opened and as of my last visit they were not accepting comps for food. Hope that changes soon. Their rewards program is great. For example, they gave out $300 free play for the month of April. So any day in April you could access and use your $300 in credits (anytime between April 1st and 30th). I've never had a "reward" like that in any other casino. They are now open 24 hours. Definitely worth checking it out.

In general it was ok. The poker room was fine. Good dealers and comfortable environment. The cocktail waitresses were on top of things and the massage lady... OMG The reason I only gave 4 stars is... apparently if you are not a local/frequent player and do not play the way they think you should play and you keep taking thier money they get mad at you... I raised pre flop with pocket pair, got 3 bet and called. In the end I took a lot of money off of four (4) "locals" and the one guy started yelling about my play and asked how I could have called his re-raise. I responded he got quite rude and asked for a table change. Then another friend said yeah I don't like this guy, me, either and asked for a table change. Then another yelled at me for breaking the table up. The dealer and I sat there with our mouths open... At the end of the day I bought in for $400 and left with 2k of the "local experts" cash
