Lengua taco with flour tortilla was good. Steak taco with flour tortilla well flavored. Tacos have a lot of meat. I preferred the Lengua taco. I didn't care for the prices. I think they are 1.00 too high to be honest. If they are charging that extra dollar I would expect chips and salsa. But there isn't any given as a courtesy. When I walked in around 3pm the girl looked at me but didn't greet me. I had to tell her I was new and it was my first time. Do I wait to be seated or does she sit me? She said I could sit at the bar. I ordered tacos. No napkins given had to get up and take some from a container on another table. I also had to take a salt container as there wasn't any at the bar. The salsa containers were in this plastic holder that was hard to get containers out but managed. After my meal I wanted a dessert. Now this is where the Star 🌟 of the show. The coffee ☕️ de olla 😋. Best coffee I've had ever! With cream it's amazing 🫶. A guy Server asked if I was OK. First time I had been checked on. He was friendly and attentive. I asked about the coffee ☕️. He even offered me a taste! It was delicious 😋 🥰. I ordered it. It came with a Mexican sweet bread a yellow concha. I was looking forward to it. Honestly the bottom of the bread was hard and crunchy. The top was soft. Normally the whole thing should be soft. So I wasn't sure if it was getting old or it was on purpose made that way. I ate it. Not really happy with the bread as I like mine fresh and soft Not hard on the bottom. So out of everything if I came back it would be for the coffee de olla. ☕️😋

Food is delicious, service is exceptional, the salsa bar is such an added bonus & the salsas are 🔥. Their Chilaquiles Divorciadas are my absolute favorite, when I tell you I have not found a place in AZ that makes them how I like them, they nailed it. They are full of flavor, have just enough spice, & they are plentiful. The quesabirrias & consome are delish. Their horchata is super delish as well. The Torta Ahogada was absolutely delicious. I've never had one (I am one picky person to try new things especially) my husband wanted to try it and we ordered it to share and it did not disappoint, we will definitely order it again. I ordered the sauce on the side as I wasn't sure I'd like it submerged in sauce and it was delicious, however I will order it the way it comes next time. Lol The flavors and spices are just right. I don't know many places around town that make tortas ahogadas but if you want something delicious, flavourful & authentic try Carbon Tapatio, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Very clean, nice atmosphere. Carne asada tacos were good but the corn tortillas are a little dry. Aracherra nachos, came with protein, cheese sauce, cilantro, onion. Huge portion in a large box! The meat was good, could have used some sour cream, has mediocre flavor. Rice was a little underdone/dry. Loved the salsa bar but everything was spicy hot. Even the pico de gallo and avocado salsa were hot, just a heads up if you can't eat too spicy. The cashier was very friendly and courteous, the food came out quick! Everything was newly remodeled inside the restaurant, very nice, plenty of open seating. They have Coke products. I would come back to eat here but there are other taco spots that come to mind first when I want good street tacos. I wish this place the best and hope it thrives! It's very close to work so I'm sure me and the crew will be back.
