I don’t understands the high reviews. The orange chicken didn’t have batter, no crunch, and a thick pastey sauce. The ‘fried rice’ was simply white rice with some soy sauce, no veggies at all, and maybe 2 possibly 3 little tiny bits of egg, but that’s all. You pay an extra $1.25 for them to put a little soy sauce on your rice for you. I got the crab puffs also which were really good but they were like balls so it was really difficult to put any sauce on them, otherwise those were really good. I also got egg drop soup, it’s really bland, but also scalding hot. I’ve finished my entire meal about 10 minutes ago and I still can’t eat it and I’m not blowing for 25 seconds before every bite so I have time to write a review. I ended up throwing away about $18 worth of my meal and eating the rice and crab puffs.
I just wanted a nice lunch and got stuck paying $25 to eat some rice and crab puffs. That’s some expensive...
Read moreReally not very good. I remember going here a long time ago and the food was amazing. I just ordered a few days ago and I cannot remember ever having such a bad Chinese food. The noodles tasted like bleach or some kind of chlorine-based chemical. It was absolutely inedible and I threw them out. The rice was good but in the background of the rice still had that kind of chlorine flavor. Maybe they're using unfiltered tap water but the taste is stronger than that and worse than that. The house special chicken was okay but there were a lot of big dried pieces of chicken in it that were very old tasting. The orange chicken was okay but again, big stringy pieces of dried out chicken. The spring rolls were pretty good, I did like those. All in all I will not be coming back here again and I do not...
Read moreUpon "woking" into the restaurant it was a bit on the warm side but the lady at the counter was very nice, helpful and funny which i needed consideringi we had just come from my little brother's memorial. My gf and I sat down, and literally, within a couple of minutes, the food was ready. I had the Teriyaki chicken which was pretty good, but as with most Chinese food that uses leg and thigh meet for most of their food, there was a lot of thin ligament tissue that I had to first remove before I could eat it, the chicken itself was lacking flavor as was the chicken in my girlfriend's pork fried rice. So upon getting home pulled off the connecting tissue and heated it back up in my toaster oven with some spicy teriyaki sauce and "BAM", it was Delicious and the same could be said for...
