This place has horrible service. I'm a 3rd Generation Honorably Discharged Army Veteran and the one thing I was raised on is INTEGRITY.
The reason I liked going to Jack N THE Crack is they are supposed -key word- make ever order fresh and to order.
So I ordered to Jumbo Jack with everything extra onions and cheese. I was shocked they were ready in less than 3 minutes.
I called and let them know that my order was wrong, Burger đ wasn't made fresh, and was dry.
The manager Amber, said I could stop by the next day and get my order made correctly. I gave her my name and was satisfied so far.
When I showed up on my way to work the next day, this is when my nightmare began. I explained to the manager just what I mentioned above. She didn't want to help me in ANY WAY.
I told her I could name the individuals that were working here yesterday and why was she being so difficult. đ¤I'm on my way to work and that's Exactly what I told Amber I would do yesterday when we spoke.
She acted like the burgers were coming out of her paycheck.
I told her Ma'am I am An Army Veteran and have Integrity I have ZERO reason to lie to you.
She said she had to wait to get confirmation from Amber.
I had to leave because I would have been late for work.

   Read moreI'm actually in shock that this location is still open. 7th st and Maryland. Owner has been told multiple times on reviews about this sign and he says he will investigate the situation. I'm guessing it's automated or something or he just doesn't care.
Having nearly 15yrs fast food/restaraunt experience as an owner I'd take pride in what I have and fix issues. I hope he actually reads this. Other than the sign at a 24hr drive thru. Poor writing abilities I might add. (All other jack in the boxes are 24hrs. Why is this one different?)
Food when made is never consistent. Mildly warm to fresh. If you make modifications to your meal 5/10 is done wrong. Missing items. Over the last month the mobile app shows online ordering unavailable And still does. If you are a jack in the box it should be available. Like the food, customer service is spotty from rude to great. Maybe a training issue?
I'd reccomend closing the store until employees are properly trained including managers. Owner needs to actual care about his business. This store used to be great but has severely gone downhill. I actually saw employees loading a pipe and doing drugs out the back door. Drug testing? Please fix and care about this...

I had a coupon for $5 off an order of $20 or more, which clearly stated it expired on 08/04/2025. I visited on the same day, but was told it had already expired and that it would not be honored.
While I was already disappointed about that, the behavior of your employee, Zenia R, made the experience much worse. She was extremely rudeârushing through the order, cutting me off when I tried to speak, and repeatedly saying âanything else?â without giving me a chance to finish. Even at the window, she didnât greet or thank me, and her attitude was downright nasty.
I donât expect to be treated like that when I choose to dine at your restaurant. Basic courtesy and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during this visit.
