Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Phoenix

It's been about a year since we last had Church's Chicken and today I decided to stop by with the family (my wife and children love Church's Chicken, i prefer one of their competitors that I won't say the name of in this review, out off respect for this establishment.) The family really wanted the good ole' 2pc Tuesday Special, but was disappointed to find they no longer offer that Tuesday Special. Now, I don't know if that's just at this location, or all locations, therefore I am not letting that be a factor/influence on my "Star" rating. That being said and out off the way, I can move on to the real review. The food was delicious, better than I remember it at this location (over a year ago) and my family was just as satisfied. They had decently priced meal deals. We couldn't go inside, since it was closed of course (Covid), but they do still have their walk up window to order through, no problem there. Overall, I felt as if I got my money's worth and I didn't end up feeling ripped off, like I have at other places I won't mention here (also a competitor of theirs) and most importantly they family was happy. Went into to grab a meal. Cuz I was hungry. Anyways, the employee that took my order really had an attitude. I think the assistant manager caught on to the way he was acting and walked up to him and told him something in Spanish and he took my order. He then told the employee in Spanish something and the employee looked at me kind of strange and I just figured he was upset with whatever his boss said (I don't speak Spanish so God only knows what he said which I think is wrong in the place of business in the United States of America) anyways after I got my order I took off open up the box of chicken with my biscuit and there was all kinds of burnt bits of batter mixed with frys... so I mustered up the courage and I took a bite in the chicken was dry and it was old... They must have been saving it for the white guy because the white guy that was in there ahead of me it's still been waiting for his order and there had already been four of the people come in ordered got their order and left. I'll never go back into Church's Chicken. You can stick a gun to my head and you would end up blowing my brains out cuz I will not go back into that racist...

So I stopped at churches with my 10month old baby after driving in rush hour traffic home from work and daycare. She was understandably hungry as we were behind schedule due to I getting off late. Now this churches is tiny very very small on the inside they are one of the only churches I've ever seen that has a walk-up window and since I have the baby in the car and it's cold I walk up, I had to knock on the window because nobody although they saw me was paying attention or acknowledged that I walked up to the window. I ordered I'm waiting for at least 20 minutes I ask about the order they say we're waiting on Mac and cheese so I wait another 15 minutes my baby is crying at this point irritated hungry wants out of her seat so I go to the window and knock on it the woman gestures like you need to come inside while there was a gentleman in the restaurant at the front corner yelling at the staff I'm not sure why cuz I didn't go inside I say to her I'm waiting for food.
