This is my second time at this location I ordered the prime rib added pastrami as well as smoked brisket me to perfection and I must say that I from now on will only come to this location, the customer service is great the food is even better every time I go here I took a chance and went to another location the 5803 W. I enter with three employees in the kitchen talking, when I get to the counter I stand there waiting till they are finished with there compelling conversation about nothing to do with this job. The man takes my order and hands me a cup but when I go to sit every table is dirty mind you I'm the only one in the lobby... I ask for a clean towel to wipe a table with and that's when the man grabs a random towel from the counter top and a spray bottle and asked "which one" I told him just pick one cause they are all dirts. She stated she could not and it was not their problem but they were aware since it had been happening to others.
