Came here Friday (09/25) as we were driving by to get Popeyes but decided to order here for pickup instead. Biggest mistake ever. Ordered online through Postmates as we waited outside for our order to be ready. It said the order would be ready in 20 minutes at 9:15pm. We go inside at 9:13pm and are hardly greeted at all by a very distracted hostess who kept saying her brain wasn’t functioning properly. She kept laughing and joking with the other hostess who was handing people their take out orders. I kept thinking to myself “is this a playground or a restaurant?” because of how loud they were being, super glad we took our food to go and didn’t dine in that type of setting. The first girl who greeted us who I also told that I was picking up an online order and gave her my name told me “I don’t even know what to tell you right now, I’m sorry” after she went back in the kitchen and was yelling and joking with her coworkers, very unprofessional to say the least. Our food came out 10 minutes late, whatever not a big deal, but the service was absolutely terrible. As we were waiting the phone kept ringing and the girl who greeted us would say “leave us alone!” While not answering. Right before that the two hostesses kept laughing and saying “well there goes my job! At least we’ll get fired together.” Ha. Anyways, we get home and the mango curry I ordered had a good flavor, until I started biting into the veggies. The onions were so crunchy they didn’t even seem cooked, the potatoes were not soft like they should be. THEN... I took another bite 1/3 of the way through my curry and felt a wrapped up hair on my tongue.... I pull it out and investigate to see if MAYBE it was a vegetable peel or something.. I started pulling it apart from each end & NOPE two pieces of human hair wrapped up together and in my food. SO NASTY. See the photos of the hairs I pulled out of my mouth. EW I already wasn’t going to come back after the unprofessionalism I witnessed but now this place is a definite NO. AVOID THIS AWFUL PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Awful food, awful service. Come here if you prefer low quality food, and extremely low quality employees. Get it together Krachai. Popeyes has higher quality food than this place! Should’ve...

Total time In - Out - 1 hour 23 minutes. Party size - 1 person Order - 1 appetizer and 1 main Total tables occupied - 2 including mine.
You decide !!
Uber eat and doordash drivers - I feel bad for you. Every single person was made to wait 15-20 min.
Here is the complete experience -
You will have to wait for 10-15 min to get seated becauae there is no one at the counter ever.... A lot of customers just prefer to leave after 5 min.
I walked in and there was no one availble...i rang the bell and one lady came out and rudly asked WHAT. What ??? Really ? Thats how you greet your customers... with WHAT ???.
They dont like to clean tables so if there is no clean table available they will just ask you to leave. Such a nice fellows.
I said table for one, she looked around and said i dont have any table. There were only two tables occupied and rest all had dirty dishes on them so instead of cleaning a table, she simply said i dont have any. I turned to walk out and then she pointed and said....last table if you want.
Let's say you wait and finally get seated. Now you have to wait another 15 min and have to ask the server 3 times before they can take your order. Another option is to knock the kitchen door and place your order directly to chef...thats what i did.
Now you are stuck, you are in the game. Just wait...wait and wait. Sit... relax and may be take a nap cause its gonna take forever for your food to arrive on the table (this is when there are only 2-3 tables occupied and i ordered only 1 dish)
Finally the food - if you are patient and lucky to get it , is mostly pre-made. There is nothing fresh here. I am just posting a picture of carrot and cabbage given with egg rolls. You can guess the freshness of the food.
Finally you again have to ring the bell to pay the bill. I had to ring it 5 times before anyone showed up.
Lastly i asked for a bag for my TO GO box and she made such a rude face and said we only have big big bags. Seriously ???
This was my second and last visit. I was stupid to give...
Read moreI write this as a person who has been raised in an Asian household and Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines so my standard is a bit high for Thai food. After seeing the reviews I decided to try this place instead of my favorite Thai spot, Siam Thai. I ordered the Krachai pineapple fried rice and Pad Thai. When I opened the takeout box for the Pad Thai I immediately knew the dish is going to be under seasoned. The color of the noodles unfortunately do not look like the ones in the picture on their website. The cashier recommended me the level 3 spicy level and I should have went for a level 5 because there wasn't much spice at all and it was definitely under-seasoned and didn't have that sweet umami flavor that good Pad Thai has. The fried rice was very mediocre. The cook threw in a few shrimps in there which was nice. That also brings me to another point, the menu can seem a little misleading. On the menu it states the shrimp Pad Thai being around $17 but when you go to order it comes out to $20 which is absolutely insane. For that amount of money, it is much more worth it to go to Siam Thai on Northern and 51st Ave. I am not a professional chef, but I feel like even I could make a better fried rice. Overall, it wasn't the worst food but it was very mediocre. I feel like if you do not know much about Thai flavors this is an okay spot, but if you are a huge fan of Thai food I would avoid this place. It is a small business and I like supporting small businesses but I want to support good food more. A Pad Thai Shrimp from Siam Thai comes out to about $15 and it is cooked 100% better with actual Pad Thai sauce that is savory, sweet, and delicious. The food here is mediocre at best. I am giving it 3 stars because it is a small business and it was nice of the chef to throw in a few shrimps which was...
