DO NOT GET YOUR PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. I should have read the reviews first.
I order a large Pretzel Crust pizza. The pizza crust they prepared was irregular: EXTREMELY thin on one side and EXTREMELY thick on the other. Why didn't the preparer see that as he was preparing my pizza?
As a result (and I have pictures), the pizza came out EXTREMELY uneven: One side a VERY thin crust and the other side a pan! Pretzel crust is supposed to have a cheese filling, right? the paper thin crust side can't possibly have cheese in it. It's COMPLETELY flat! on the paper thin side, the pretzel salt was just tossed onto the pizza itself and not the crust!
I kindly went back to the store and asked for the manager. The girl with the dirty tee shirt and no name tag said she his the "store manager".
I asked her, "Do you see what's wrong with this pizza?" She stared at it for a long time and said, "No. What's wrong with it?" I pointed out the obvious.
She said, "We can't mash down the crust and make it even. We can't control how the pizza comes out."
The "manager" completely missed the point of QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE THE PIZZA GOES INTO THE OVEN. Corporate needs to train this "manager" and teach her how to recognize when a pizza quality is unacceptable because she literally doesn't know. I even showed customers outside waiting for their pizza and they INSTANTLY recognized how awful the pizza was.
The "manager's" response indicated that she lacks the basic knowledge of pizza making. One CAN control how the pizza crust turns out if the pizza is prepared properly in the first place.
This was the very first time I was attempting to try the Pretzel Crust pizza. I never did get to try it. I returned the pizza and got my money back. I asked for the "manager's" name. She said, "Alondra".
I would like someone from Corporate to please contact me (please see my complaint I submitted on the Little Caesars website). I am a customer who wanted to try this pizza. Because of poor "management" and poorly trained staff, I was unable to...
Read moreLast Night: 10/25/25 I had the WORST experience at a Little Caesars in my life.
It’s a Saturday Night, I knew it was going to be busy. I get up to order, the guy tells me its going to be about 20-30 minutes. That’s fine.
I place my order, 2 simple things. (1) Pretzel Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza, and (1) Order of Stuffed Crazy Bread, No Crazy Sauce.
The gentleman at the counter asks me twice. “Cheese or Pepperoni.” I say Just Cheese, Please. TWICE.
The man behind the counter does not take down my name for the order. He does not offer me a receipt.
Now it gets packed. Theres 20 people in the lobby with mobile orders that have been waiting. There’s a woman there who then tells me she’s been waiting since 5:00 for her order for 5:30. I got there at 6:00. The workers are clearly stressed, but they’re yelling and cussing at eachother in front of customers. The only decent worker was the woman last night. Bless her heart.
I then waited an HOUR. An hour for two items. Then when I am handed my stuff he reads off the order. “Pepperoni stuffed crust and crazy bread.” I look confused, I correct him. “This was supposed to be cheese, no pepperoni.”
Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the dark haired man doubled down “Well I asked you twice.” You did. I said No Pepperoni. My sister is Vegetarian. Then, I opened the bread box. It’s the italian cheesy bread, NOT the stuffed crazy bread.
At that point, the worker got an attitude, claiming thats what I ordered, very unpleasant and unprofessional. I decided to cut my losses. An hour wait, no offer if a refund or a refire. I gave this horrendous order to a homeless person as I drove to go get something else for my family.
0/5 Stars. I recommend NOT going to Little Caesars, and if you DO decide to. Don’t go to...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service. I can’t accurately rate the food because we didn’t get any. We stopped by this location after a long day, needing something quick…you know, like the advertised “hot and ready.” First I asked for the pizza and breadsticks combo and the guy didn’t know what I was talking about. He asked me where I saw that on the menu. Huh?? After paying, I was told the breadsticks would be about 10 minutes. That’s fine. 13 minutes goes by and three employees make their way to the register. It looks like they were counting the register- it looks like they’re ending someone’s shift. Again, fine. I can wait a couple of minutes. Another customer walks in. For 8 minutes, these three guys just stare down at the register at whatever was going on. No one even acknowledges me or the other guy who walked in. It now has been 20 minutes, my son needs to get to bed and we’re hungry, so I make my way up and ask if the breadsticks are done. The guy who took my order made his way to the back to check and then comes back up with an amused smile and says, “so…they didn’t even start the breadsticks.” Are you kidding me? #1 be proactive. #2 acknowledge your customers. #3 take the earbuds out of your ears and do your job. I got my money back and took our business elsewhere. Management, please train your employees. I wasn’t the only unhappy customer...
