Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Phoenix

I would give this place no stars they have horrible customer service actually they don’t even care about their customers they only care about their time in the drive thru!!! I had a bad experience when I came to order food through the drive thru late night for myself n a co worker I asked if they would do two orders and they refused and then proceeded to tell me it’s not their fault I have two orders n they care about their time! So what I got from that is they don’t care about their customers n when I asked the guy for his name he refused to give it to me n then said he would not complete my order n slammed the window in my face! This is not the first problem i have had with this location it’s horrible they have the worst customer service and it’s unfortunate because this location is close to home ! I went to the jack on 91st and Thomas and it was a big difference they were happy to complete both of my orders they were so friendly and accommodating! I will be driving the extra miles to get better service from...

Wow...just wow is all I can say. Ordered $70 of food and had to wait which I understood. After driving home I discovered my Jacks munchie meal was missing and instead the box was full of parm wings so I went back. (Pictured below)

I was first met by the gentleman who brought me my food and showed him my receipt, then had to wait for his boss to check my receipt, then had to wait for the manager to check my receipt who told me I was lying and that they gave me all my food.

Listening to them talk in Spanish about me and how I was trying to get free food was extremely offensive and I feel like if I wasn't white I would have been treated differently.

The manager finally said "fine we will make one for you". I can say the quality of food that was in that box after waiting another 10 minutes was very much a let down and I will not be coming back to this...

I went there with my best friend and first of all the Mexican lady who was on the inner come was very rude did not give us time to say our order, not to mention my friend spent 70$ for them to forget our food so they made us wait in a long line again and then tried to say they gave us the food meanwhile the food was sitting on the counter then once they realized that they made the mistake the guy who was cooking wanted to come to the window and start yelling at my friend and saying why don't you come in here like it's our fault they work a job that makes them heat life I'm sorry but they put themselves in that position so to take it out on a well paying customer who regularly goes there is insane like that's how Jack in the box treats well paying customer?
