When I went up the counter to get side of carrots for my food I order, the two girl front of me, I asked them really nice, I can get side of carrots please. They told me " did you order food right now" I told them " no, I already ordered my food. I just want side of carrots please" they keep reacting the same thing 3 times. I told them something 3 times nicely, and then they look the dumb receipts, bc they wouldn't get carrots at all. They took forever on purpose to make me go away and they gave me weird look like to go away. So I did. And then! My dad asked for a box to go for our food the lady nicely, Gave my dad attitude for no reason this is her word " ugh, you have to front counter to get then by yourself and then you can ask us to get you box to go" before said " ugh" she legit rolled her eyes at us and slouch her body like whatever. Me and my parents never had this issue before we go their almost many times, we never had issue from their and we always be nice to them. But the service is ridiculous and so rude. Bad customer service. I’m a regular customer here and today was my first bad experience both food and service wise. The girl at the front said I couldn’t change the drink because I took a sip from it to try it. A good business owner knows if the customer doesn’t like what they got, you should exchange it and avoid getting a bad review, especially after I spent $50, but obviously she’s not the owner so that explains why she doesn’t know how to treat customers. Very expensive compared to competitors like Taco Mich, and the food unfortunately does not match the price.
I've eaten here a few times now, at different dates hoping maybe it was just a day off but unfortunately that is not the case.
You can get better food at better pricing elsewhere.
I've tried just about every food item on the menu, fries unsalted and overcooked (maybe that's the style?), meat is either overcooked or still cold.
Customer service is okay, nothing special and no rudeness.
