It took 10 minutes to 15 minutes to come out not the order is the person to get the cash unfortunately I literally just pulled all the cash off my card so I had 600 $100 bills in my ass but my card and he was like oh I don’t hundred and I was like well that’s all I have and he’s like OK. I need to do so and I said forget this instead of going back to one of those Individual stalls I’m going straight through the drive-through When I get to the drive-through, I told the lady sorry not lady child that I was just there and I went to go get changed. She told me to pull the 12 or three so so I can take care of me faster because there’s a line through the drive-through, so I’m like finally someone’s gonna take care of me. But still sitting there thinking of what it was like to be a kid and work with other kids and no the kind of kid games that kids play so I sat there and watched the two cars in front of me leave and I’m like OK they’re gonna come out now with mine Oh no they were sitting there watching me and took care of two other people that were behind me in the line then finally decided to come out I literally vented to her because I’m so furious right now I could kick myself in the butt for not remembering her name because I said it, but I was so mad keep in mind. This whole ordeal took a whole hour just to be told after venting to her well I’m not taking your order so you can leave now. I was like this girl.

When girl came over intercom to get our order, I had to keep repeating myself on what we wanted because she couldn't repeat it back correctly. Finally thought she had it right. We waited and waited, then finally got our order brought out, minus our 3 drinks. Had to call back on the intercom order button and ask where our drinks were. Drinks were then brought out, so we were able to leave. We live 5 minutes from Sonic, but the kids opened their food right away. All the food was cold, with the kids complaining and wouldn't eat the fries. When I went to eat my sandwich, the 2 ends of my chicken in my sandwich were so hardened I had to get a serrated knife to cut the ends off each piece to be able to eat what was left of the middle of the piece of chicken. When I went over my receipt, as I always do, I saw I was charged for fries we never got. After making several calls to the Sonic we had gone to, I finally had someone answer the phone on 8/05/23. They didn't want to address my concerns, so I asked for corporate phone number. I got hold of corporate and was told not answering the phone was normal for that particular Sonic. I was told I would be hearing back from a Tier 2 Representative within 48 hours, and would get a gift card sent to me within 14 days, equaling or more than, the amount I spent, which was $29.78. It is now OVER 2 months later, and I've never heard back after that, even after calling that office and leaving more messages. We ordered two of the chicken sandwiches for 1.99 each and one cheeseburger that was like four dollars and a chipotle honey chicken wrap with three slushy‘s and let me just say disgusting.🤢 The chicken meat was so hard and felt and smelled, and seemed like it was cooked hours ago. Was twice the money but two times smaller than the chicken sandwich. Now let’s get up to Customer Service in the drive-through. They were nonresponsive you ask about something how it’s made or what it has in it they ignore you completely when we ask them to re-read the order they kept forgetting the last item we ordered so the communication was terrible through the drive-through. Then when we get up to the window where ignored for a little while then our payment method was taken a few moments later was given cash back to us for change that’s fine…then we wait 15 minutes in the drive thru for over cooked cold lousy Fried Food.. NO ONE likes fried food that’s old that’s the whole thing if you’re gonna eat fried it better be fresh!!!!! We called the number for the store and was hung up on 2 times So we did what anyone totally dissatisfied that paid with hard work and tears would do we drove over there with pups 🐶 in the car and asked to speak with the manager.
