Horrible service I came thru the drive thru & asked politely for a fresh 4 for 4 no pickles extra mustard & ketchup oh & medium for my sizes.. 2 women came and assisted one said thats 4 tacos right I said yes kind of saying no because I forgot about the tacos that came with it.. One says I haven't seen you in sometime I laugh and say yeah that's true but agreeing to the extra tacos cause I paid for it when ot said add 2 tacos for .99 cent.. So I get my food say thank drive off but I to pull over and look for my husband wallet I find that for him I look at my food they serve me small fries missing a set of tacos & you charged me $1.29 I feel they did something to my fries taste really old oh & I had two pickles on my burger no extra nothing just dry.. I put it like this we all have days we don't want to come to work but don't be mean or not respect the next.. Cold piece I come almost every other day.. So NO I DON'T GIVE A GREAT RATE CAUSE U DON'T DO NOBODY LIKE THAT ESPECIALLY IF IT ISN'T YOU'RE FOOD!!! I love...

I used to go here quite frequently, 2-3 times a week, but it seems the staff's customer service has taken a nose dive in the last few weeks. A week ago, an employee told me that they wouldn't offer a military discount (which I know they do, they have before). That's no big deal, I'm never going to argue for a discount, especially military.

Today, however, a girl working the window (who wasn't wearing her name tag) cut me off as I was ordering, was rude after I informed her that I still had more to order, and lastly, put tomatoes on my sandwich after I asked them not to be on there. When she repeated my order back to me, she did confirm no tomatoes. Unfortunately, I am allergic to tomatoes and had to throw my burger out.

LONG STORY SHORT. I don't care if you think you work in a bad area of town, you should still maintain a good level of customer service. They lost a long term customer...

So, bumpy ride with construction. Can't blame that on restaurant. Used coupon code which she didn't think they accepted. Then she walked away without giving drink. Had to wait for meal when I was the only one to be served and had to ask for drink. Place is dirty from floors to tables. Was not asked of dine in or out. No regular straws, only coffee stir sticks. Out of soap in rest room also smelled horrible. People sleeping at table makes me think this is a bum hang out. On a brighter note, since I assume others find this place appalling, there was lots of parking space. Update: I end up waiting around the corner and not really anywhere else near by, so tried again. Place is dirty; floors and tables. Flies bothersome. Fries had old fries and curly fries that went back in for another round in the fryer. Burger dripping wet like it had come out of the freezer...
