This is the world's worst jack in the box. Their ability to screw up your order is amazing. Their capacity to keep you sitting in the drive through for 20 to 30 minutes is endless. Their knowledge in how to order supplies is absent (i was once told they had run out of buns so all I could order was tacos I have also been told they have run out of Dr pepper at least a dozen times over the years). Their ability to actually care about their customers is nonexistent. Sadly the fact that they could care less is built into this location because it is about 200 yards from my job I stop semi regularly because it is the closest place by more than a mile I have worked at this job for just over 20 years and this jack in the box has been the worst customer service of any location that entire time. I guess that is an achivement to be proud of they should put up a sign Worst Customer Service for over 20 Years!!!! When I was ready to placing my order, she literally barked at me because what I ordered wasn't on special in this JiB. I decided to try the Bacon, Egg Chicken sandwich. I knew there was an 80¢ upcharge for onion rings and she told me I could substitute iced coffee instead of the hot coffee. Well I got charged an extra $1.20. Why didn't she charge me ala carte?!!? My husband ordered an Ultimate cheeseburger combo. His fries were disgustly cold, undercooked and wilty. So not only did we wait 5 minutes for her to completely take our order, 23 minutes for the food, he additional 7 minutes for his fries to be recooked. Yes, recooked. They dumped the fries they put in the basket tray back in the fryer and gave it back to him. Furthermore, every table was dirty or wet or both. Read moreCouldn't process credit card orders. Drive-thru cashier/night manager directed us to use the app to order. After going through process of downloading the app, then locating the correct store location, then placing the order, then processing the credit card payment, then waiting in drive-thru line [again], we get to cashier and she rudely tells us our order hasn't been made yet and directs us to pull forward & wait. Then, when our order was finally ready she tells us we cannot have a shake due to the shake machine being broken. Furthermore, she says she cannot refund the $6 we paid for the shake because we ordered through the app (as she directed us to do) and tells us that we have to pick a substitute item or just lose the money, which is totally absurd! This lady was rude as hell! The way I see it, I totally got cheated and ripped off for my money! If this is the type of individual they hire for management, I wouldn't recommend going to this or any other...
