Worst customer service ever do not come to this McDonald’s my family and I went thru the drive thru and it was the wrong order someone else food. When I noticed the drinks were wrong I told them they had a bad attitude but exchanged them. We were on the road as soon as we looked at the food it was not what we ordered so we called the store number on the receipt no answer kept getting recorded message to enter a PIN number no voice mail was set up called multiple times same thing so we called the corporate 800 number I. The receipt left a voice message this was around 5:45 pm. I was already on the freeway far from the location. I called back again at 8:07pm same night they finally answered the gal that took our order knew we where given the wrong order and said to come by tonight that the manager was there again I’m on the road we had dropped our kids of at a relatives. We drove back at 9:45pm spoke to a night manager said she did not know if it she called the other manager said she had told us to bring back the original food which was a straight up lie she never told us that this was 4 hours later I’m not going to keep food in my truck for 4 hours my kids had no choice but to eat the wrong order not what we ordered since we where dropping them off. This location needs more training on customer service and at being more accurate with simple orders it was not a big order simple two happy meals and two hot and spicys. I even let them manager know I tried calling when we noticed it and no one answered I even showed her my call log where I called. Corporate received a voice mail at the time. Read moreVery rude people on the first shift. I will never spend my money here and am upset at how I was treated. I come here in the mornings before work to get my coffee. I had a deal for .99 coffee or iced coffee. I walk in and get ignored by the cashier. I eventually get to place my order and scan my code for the discount. I ask if it took my code she then asks what flavor and I tell her vanilla. I ordered a sandwich as well and 2 strawberry creme pies. I pay and then I look at my receipt and the coffee is rung up at regular price. I then tell the cashier that she rang me up for full price and she said well obviously your code didn’t go through. So I asked her how do I scan my code and get it for that price she’s like what do you mean and I asked her again how do I scan my code and get it for the discounted price. She said you have to scan your code and I said I did and I showed you the code as well. So turns in an argument and I ask for a manager. The manager goes to the register and said that there’s basically nothing she can do about it. And I said in the past cashiers will discount it for me anyway since it’s there app and there deal. She proceeds to tell me that she can’t do anything about it. I ask for my money back and say what is the point in having a code and the manager says right (in a sarcastic tone) I get my money back and I promise you I will never spend a single dime at this location ever. Read moreHorrible experience on 9/15/2022 store refused to acknowledge app order and even after showing app with processed order and providing order code of RV16 they denied order was submitted they are rude and need to re-evaluate the morning rush process coffee has tasted super strong 2 days in a row like so bitter not even sugar covers it up my office is close by and we usually go and get coffee for everyone I understand mistakes happen with machines but for the workers to be rude on top of it is sad my order was only 6 coffees and 2 sausage McMuffins with egg and because I refused to move from drive thru until order was fulfilled she refunded me my money for only 1 coffee instead of allowing me to wait for my coffee didn't ask or say anything prior to processing refund didn't even explain just said handed money over and said here's refund we have no more coffee ( this is not an explanation because orders where continuing to be processed for coffee after) and this was after i had already waited 15 mins at window then they didn't want to give me my sandwiches she said she didn't see them on order after another 5 minutes I got sandwiches ( which she had another employee throw at me just so I would "get out of her window " her exact words it was very rude) the way both of those employees acted and sad McDonalds considers that customer service I guess we will be getting circle k...
