I experienced the most horrible service from this location on February 20, 2021 at noonish from the entire staff working. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of service I received from the cashier and barista. During my order the cashier was very pushy and quite rude. After I ordered she suggested that I load my own card on my app in order to pay for my venti quad soy latte and Matcha green tea with coconut milk drink. I insisted I do so by using my card by way of your credit card machine and reloading that way. In addition, there was no one else in the store except for me, the entire time from ordering to receiving my order. I found this very interesting as no cashier at any Starbucks location in any of my travels has ever suggested that I load my own card on my app in order to pay for my order while standing in front of them after ordering.
Let me continue by stating, I am a very loyal and consistent Starbucks customer. This young lady offended me and quite honestly made me feel as though she was quite uninterested in serving me. Continuing on as I moved further down to await my drink orders the barista took her time to make my order she gave me a cup of ice when o requested a cup of water without ice from the cashier, while ordering, and once she realized that was wrong, and after I mentioned it she corrected it but with a very clear uninterested disposition and very harshly. She moved on to give me my vente quad soy latte and the matcha coconut drink that I ordered. The matcha drink was not mixed at all, leaving the drink to show clear signs of clumps of matcha powder throughout the drink, and stuck to the inner cup.
It was unbelievable. I requested an additional cup to pour and attempt to mix the drink myself, before realizing that she should have done so. I then requested her to mix it by pouring it into a shaker and she insisted that would not work, yet did so anyway. She then gave me back the drink with liquid all over the exterior of the cup and the drink was still not mixed properly. I had to wipe the cup off and just left with being disgraced.
My husband was quiet disappointed in his drink as this has never occurred at any other location before. We will never visit this particular location again, and I regret getting their names, yet I am certain with the date and time listed within this review, the corporation can determine who was working.
I have never felt so insulted by Starbucks staff assuming I should receive my drinks poorly made. The entire staff was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and really rude. They made me feel so uncomfortable I did not want to attempt to request a remake. I do plan on contacting corporate. The young guy that helped us was awesome. We ordered and began our wait time. My phone rings, it's the doctor. I pull my mask down so I can speak clearly. I distance myself. An employee named Jeremy shouts at me to put my mask on. I point to my phone while I'm listening to the doctor. He shouts again. I turn so he can see I'm on the phone. He shouts again to put my mask on. I can't hear the doctor with this guy in my ear. It's an important call. My family pet is going to need very expensive surgery that will result in her losing her hearing. It's 115 degrees outside. Jeremy is more concerned about my mask being down even though I'm ten feet away from anyone. I go outside because Jeremy WILL NOT stop ranting about the mask policy. I ordered my cold brew through the drive through. Drove off without realizing my coffee was filled to the brim with large ice cubes. All the way to the very top of the lid. For a $5 cup of coffee I think I got 4 sips out of it. The photo attached was taken after one sip. What a rip off. Even the guy working the drive thru did a double take at the glass before handing it to me. On top of that it was a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with no sweet cream at all.
