Welcome to Flavortown, folks! Taco Central in Phoenix is serving up taco magic that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance. I dove into a taco fiesta and tried one of each – carne asada, al pastor, and everything in between. The carne asada? Pure, meaty perfection with flavor that’ll have you saying “Wow!” The al pastor? Sweet, spicy, and downright delicious. And don’t even get me started on the salsa bar – it’s like a treasure trove of spicy goodness, ready to take your taco experience to the next level. The service is top-notch, and the truck itself is as clean as a whistle. If you’re ready for a flavor-packed adventure, Taco Central is your destination!

Can you say FRESH!! If fresh is what you like, then this is a place for you. From the tacos to the quesadillas which is all they offer, to the lemonade and horchata aguas frescas, it's all fresh including the tortillas. I had 2 asada tacos, 1 pastor and 1 chicken tinga. The chicken tinga tacos were so good but a bit on the spicy side, which was good enough for me. Everything here is so delicious, you will not be disappointed. It's a small family owned business located in the parking lot of the Super embroidery just east of the interstate 51 on Mcdowell. (Right across the street from the food city) David and his family are ready and happy to serve you.

We had a couple of go to Taco trucks that were five stars but they've disappeared. I did a search and found these guys only a mile away from us so we thought we'd give it a go and we're so glad we did. The tacos are on point. We had five carne asada tacos. And the meat was cooked perfect, tender and juicy with generous portions. The salsa and toppings were fresh and flavorful. The ingredients were high quality and the price was very affordable. Two of us ate and had drinks for $21!!! We will be back and highly recommend this place.

This is my favorite taco spot in Arizona right now. The tacos are incredibly delicious and the toppings are incredibly fresh. I was introduced by this place via recommendation otherwise I would have never found them. They have a cook on the grill and a team in the truck putting the tacos together a la minute. Their hours are limited but the owner wants to grow and expand so its important to support them, and you should. I usually don't review places after one visit but this one left a lasting impression, I got the birria, the cabeza, and the asada, sorry but I can't pick a favorite they were all amazing. I highly recommend checking out...
