I have been going to TJ's for some while now because it is right up the street and convenient to where I live. The food is decent .. haven't had any problems necessarily .. I'm from the east coast where pizza is soo different from out here .. and by different I mean better. So this place was ok .. again because it was close. I want to let everyone know, however, to NOT go there. Here is my reasoning... The staff in general is hit or miss when it comes to being friendly .. there is one younger guy behind the counter who is friendly .. everyone else is NOT AT ALL .. You would think that after going there consistently for 2 years that the owner (s) a guy by the name I think Felipe or something and a blonde woman would get to know who you are and say how are you and be at least semi personal with you.. nope not at all .. every time I go there its like they have no idea who I am and its the first time I've ever been there .. and the blonde woman, who is an owner mind you, is just rude..She has an attitude every time I have seen her at the pizza place and out of the pizza place .. its boggles my mind how some people think that they can own a business and not have to be personable or think they can just be rude to people .. Well TJ's you finally did it you finally drove me away with your poor/ rude service and mediocre food. I will NEVER be going back to their establishment and in fact I will be recommending that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst customer service, extremely rude staff. I got a large Pep and Sausage, the toppings were not spread evenly AT ALL but looks more quickly thrown together like they didn't care. As well they were 15 minutes late past when they said my pizza would be ready and then argued it with me. When I mentioned all this after I paid and looked at the pizza (and was then fed up) I went back in to simply ask for a discount for in-case I decided to give them another chance for my business. The first boy was rude to me, then a lady started to talk from the back saying "I had an attitude" when all I did was explain why I was upset with their service, apparently that's giving them attitude. Then a 3rd guy with a mole on his nose asked what HE could do, I simply AGAIN asked for a discount for return business (which by this time was a 1% chance) and he started to yell and flail his arms around knocking a sign off the counter, I decided to leave, but asked if I could get a refund for the pizza (which was poorly made) so I could go elsewhere for my dinner, I was then yelled at by the angry short female in the kitchen and told to leave. Needless to say customer service is 0% here. If you want your pizza in a timely fashion, a neatly made pizza by people who care about their customers and reputation, and deal with nice people, then this is NOT the...

In long/what happened: I paid for a slice of pizza, paid, the cashier asked if I needed anything else, and I said no. After paying, I remembered ranch and asked if he had any, and he said, "Remember when I asked if you wanted anything else?" I said yes. He said "well I should've asked before when I asked you wanted anything else." So he guilt tripped me for making his job "difficult" by asking for ranch. How dare I forget and ask again? Bro, don't make it a big deal. Just throw in a ranch and let it go, not make a big deal I remembered afterward. I forgive it and am willing to come back, but obly if you guys acknowledge this and fix it. Don't shame or guilt trip customers unless you don't want them. I walked out without the pizza because I'm not going to eat from someone with that attitude.
Update(20 minutes after leaving)*: I was refunded...
