Lovely little boba shop. Great atmosphere inside but serves as a little hole in the wall in a not so feeling area. Staff was kind and patient, and our bobarista was only on her 3rd day of the job, and she did wonderfully. I took my mother and father here.
I ordered the Matcha milk tea with tapioca boba. It wasn't anything outstanding, but it was as described. The boba was a bit too chewy for my taste, however.
My mother ordered the Peach tea with mango popping pearls. I actually enjoyed this more than I enjoyed my drink. Great refreshing flavor with a burst of mango goodness. Do recommend.
My father doesn't like boba, but he ordered an iced green tea with lemon. It was tea with lemon over ice. Simple drink for a simple man. He seemed to enjoy it.
This shop doesn't have any fun lids for the boba, so if you're looking for that straw stab, you won't find that here. It's a basic cup.
They sell super cute pins, have some board games, and a claw machine.
Overall, I think it's a cute place. I personally think ill order a regular fruit tea over a milk tea next time, but thats just my personal preference. Great atmosphere, kind staff, and decent drinks (plus not priced ridiculously). Boba could've been cooked a little better, but im just picky. Plus it's the closest shop to us, so it's got distance points from me. I'll definitely be back. I just wish they had more options to the menu.
P.S it's on top of a pokestop, so it made a great place for my father and I to play...
Read moreOne of the workers was really friendly and the other monotone and robotic but I wasn’t there for the service. It took a while to receive the drink but apparently they make the teas fresh and that’s okay. I don’t mind waiting if I get a quality tasting drink. I got 100% sweet and that was a mistake. It tasted extra sweet, even after I let the ice melt to dilute the extreme sweetness. The boba itself was one of the worst tapioca pearls I’ve had in a long time. I came within an hour of opening so I thought I would get fresh good tasting boba but it tasted old and as if it soaked in sugar water too long. Some boba was so expanded that it was hard to get it through the straw (even before I let the ice melt to dilute the sweetness). Prices are not expensive for a boba shop but I didn’t feel like it was good value for the quality I received, maybe if it was another $1-2 cheaper per drink it would be okay. Or have better quality control and prices would be fair (maybe it was an off day?). Gave it 2 stars still because it’s possible my drink would’ve been better if I asked for 25% sweet and no boba (or ask to sample their boba first). I can’t see myself coming back, I couldn’t finish my drink and I...
Read moreI got 4 drinks and I took out my stamp card so I can get a free drink and a new card the white girl staff member told me that I couldn't get a free drink if my stamp free wasn't stamped yet which previously when I would come in they would stamp my free card and put it in to get my free drink and was also told that I couldn't get a new card at that same moment and have to come another day to get another card. There is something about that girl who gives me a negative vibe. I won't be going there anymore. If that girl works there, she just gives me attitude for no reason, and I don't even know her. I'll take my business at Boba Day. They are much more kinder there and do their stamp...
