Moo's Creamery & Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Pickens

Took the family out for a surprise treat to Moo's Creamery. First time coming since moving to the area. Had heard good things about the place and was really impressed with the ambiance when we walked in. The two young women working there did not appear enthused to have to get off of their phones to serve anyone. However, they did take our orders of which one of the items we ordered did not have all the ingredients. After paying (and tipping) we got our order and realized that one of them was missing half of the ingredients. When I informed them of the problem, it was then that one of them informed that they did not have all the ingredients to make that one shake. Had we been informed of that earlier we would have ordered something else. Despite admitting that she knowingly messed up the order, she made no attempts to try and fix it or give a refund. As far as the other orders, they were amazing but unfortunately, I cannot say the same about...

When we visited about a month ago, the food we ordered was great, but the tables were sticky and dirty so much so, that I simply won't be back. I recently tried to order something to go via email, and I didn't get a response. It's a shame it seems to be run so sloppy, because their treats are creative and delicious. The "children's birthday party" group that came into the store before we left was a turn off too, because nobody was wearing a face mask and that was quite disrespectful to the other customers who were their first. I wish them luck...

First off I never want a root beer float, but Sunday for some reason I had a craving for one. Me and the kids came in and they were out of vanilla ice cream, I completely understand that’s why it’s 5 stars. I say to the young man working “what else would go good in a RBF” we pretty much agreed nothing. But I wanted one and nothing was stopping me from getting it, so I decided to try Superman ice cream in the float.
