McDonald's — Restaurant in Piedmont

Put in a curbside pick up order and put my parking spot # in the app for curbside pick up. Waited ten minutes and suddenly the app tells me to enjoy my order. Waited five more minutes and still nothing.. no order ever came. I went inside and asked where my order was and the manager said she called it out as a walk in pick up order a long time ago. (I never placed it as a walk in pick up.. it was always curbside). They kindly gave me the order after having to wait for them to make it again. But if I make a curbside order then I want to get that order curbside. Two weeks before, I had gone in just to quickly grab 3 pies. There were zero pies ready and I had already paid at the in store kiosk. I told them I'd settle for a different flavor. They had no other flavor ready either. I waited 15 minutes in store for 3 pies to be made. This is THE slowest McDonald's location I've ever been to out of every state I've ever been to. Whenever I don't pre order on the app, even if I'm only getting one item, I'm almost always told to pull forward and they'll bring it out to me. This location does not value their customers' time. It's always something here. Yes the workers are friendly.. but they don't know how to be accurate and timely...

If I notice consistent improvement, I'm more than willing to change my review- I've been to 20 McDonald's locations throughout my entire life, rounded up. So far, this specific location has been at the middle of the list. The food quality itself is a Gamble. Some days you can expect the food to be fresh, While others you can expect it to taste as if it has been sitting out for over 4 hours. I believe it depends on who's working during specific shifts, as I've noticed a pattern. I've only had bad encounters with one employee, and that is because I requested my food cooked fresh. I explained to them that I have sensory overload, and certain textures are difficult for me to eat. The employee that I spoke to clearly had a very good connection with the other that supposedly cooked my food. She said that she watched him cook the food fresh, but the food had been obviously sitting out for quite some time as it was...

The service if manager was unacceptable. They were rude the fries were cold and old the nuggets were so tough and when asked for fresh ones we got attitude. And was told they couldn't replace the whole order only $20 of it we spent $42.35. we only have this McDonald's within 50 miles this one is 20 miles for us we hardly ever get our order right when we go there. And when there's a problem one manager says one thing and another does something different how many managers does it take to run this place well let me tell you none of them know what they're doing and when u call you'll be lucky if they even answer the phone.
