Burger King — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

I went to this location and wanted a quick bite to eat. Of course the dining room is closed so I went through the drive thru. Had a real simple order large fry no salt, mix and match 2 for $5 chicken fries and original chicken sandwich add pickle, and a large cup of ice. I could not understand a word the man was saying on the speaker. So when I got to the window I did not have my money ready and the man with a name tag that said Mario was so rude. He flung the window open so hard I am surprised it did not break. He practically shouted my total at me and huffed and puffed while I counted my money out for him. He then snatched my money from my hand and attempted to hand me a tiny cup. I very politely told him I ordered a large. He said he can not give me a large cup of ice. I explained i was willing to pay for a bigger cup of ice and he proceeded to get loud and over talk me saying he will not give me a bigger cup. I told him just give me my money back because it was still in his hand. He once again tried shoving this cup into my hand. I once again told him to just give me my money back because he was very rude. He practically threw my money at me and shouted BYE! And slammed the drive thru window in my face all the while someone I am assuming was a manager in a blue button down shirt was standing no more than 8 feet away and did absolutely nothing to intervene and allowed this man to treat me this way. I understand long hours in the food service industry for I worked 57 hours last week serving people, however the unprofessionalism in this location was horrible. I am local to this store and will not come back. I ended up going to the other location on Wears Valley Rd and was treated much better and will continue to go...

Some things happen with this place I use to go here to eat cause on e of the employees lived with me I've seen the good and the bad with this place but I called last night to get corporate's number and the family member got rude and lied (yes it is mainly family there so there is a lot a favoritism) this employee has been cussed and threatened nothing was done so she walked out last night night cause the manager on duty thought instead of fixing the situation to laugh about it so I called and ask for the carols group number the manag was extremely rude told me she was not giving it to me which is well unprofessional but that is how the work force is now days they want bodies they don't want to keep good workers they want to keep ones that want to cuss at the ones that actually work and I know there gonna try to say I'm a distrout customer but when you have personal txt from the GM with the way she talks to people and I don't work there proves something they do not care it just shows that people say they need workers but let stuff like this happen that's okay that you all can lie all you want but just know I have more than enough...

I stopped here Feb 8th,23 @ 4:03 pm on Veterans Boulevard, Sevierville, TN on my way back out of town. I asked for two Whopper Juniors with extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra pickles and a small fry. The order was entered wrong. I received two Whopper Juniors with a very tiny sliver of lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no sauce and three slices of pickle and the fries. They reminded me of the original small McDonald hamburger. So disappointed. The woman entering the order had put heavy pickle, light lettuce, and light tomato. The person making the burgers actually did them correctly according to how it was put into the computer. The best I could say about the burgers where they were pathetic and they were extremely expensive, $6.38 each, small fries were $2.59 The total order was $9.93 😵 But I can say that the lady that took the order even though she put the order into the computer incorrectly, was a very pleasant young lady and I believe she tried to do her job but just didn't quite make it. The fries were good except for a little too much salt. I gave a pretty bad review but the people were nice, bless...
