FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!! From service to seating to the FOOD!! This place is a must. Absolute sweetest staff. Indoor and outdoor seating with multiple options to sit in the shade or sun (we picked sitting in the sun) and the food is insanely good. The mozzarella sticks are a MUST. We order mozzarella sticks everywhere we go in our 12 years of traveling together and these have been the BEST! I ordered a Stromboli calzone and my husband had a small pizza, both were delicious and huge. Madison, the employee that brought our food out to us, was just as sweet as could be and even offered to bring us something to weigh down our things in the breeze. This is also a perfect stop if you have kids that need to burn some energy off as the picnic tables are on the edge of a huge flat grassy spot for them to run. Definitely stopping in EVERY time we come to gatlinburg!

Pizza taste was decent, crust was great. They were out of common flavors by the slice at 7pm with 12pm close time and full restaurant so we had to buy a full pizza. We had a house salad, it was okay. Garlic knots were delicious. We got two pizzas, half cheese and pepperoni it was good the two pieces we could eat before server pushed the pizza stand into the crack between tables setting down another pizza and our large pizza minus two pieces was in a crumpled pile on the table. He set it down and walked away. We were thinking he would be back with another pizza as that one was not edible due to the accident, but he didn’t. My margarita pizza was okay. As the picture shows not much basil at all, price was a little steep at 22 for a small speciality pizza. Kind of felt like our money was wasted here, especially with the large pizza incident.

So I've taken the first bite the middle of the pizza was burnt not terribly but noticeable, the crust thin pizza overall taste good. The service at the store I walked in and the lady at the counter young looking i asked if the paper on the counter was the menu she said yea I said do you need it back she said you can have it if you want, 15 minutes to make it (normal) she also remembered me when I walked back into the store and I didn't even make it to the counter before she walked off and came back and handed me my pizza now as I have read other Comments on other people's experience my experience was better than most I will give the place 4 stars only because the thin crust (I understand some people like the crust that thin but I do not)

We went here yesterday -- july 14 2025.

I'll start with the good -- the pizza tasted delicious once we finally got it.

Now the bad -- we ordered online. It said 40 minutes from order time. Okay no problem. We arrived at the store exactly when the pizza should have been ready (with 3 hungry small kiddos who waited in the car with their dad). The pizza wasn't ready. The guy was super nice and told me he was sorry, pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes went by, but no pizza. 20 minutes. Still no pizza. 30 minutes. Still no pizza. At about 35 minutes in, I asked for a serious timeframe expressing my frustration we had little kids in the car with my husband, and he told me that it would be about 15 more minutes, but our pizza was in the oven. He did offer me a free drink or desert, but I really just wanted our pizza. 25 ish minutes later we finally had our one pizza and breadsticks. It was more than 2 hours after we placed the order that it was ready.

In the time I was waiting in the lobby at least 4 othere came in, and their pizzas also weren't ready in the timefrane expected. One guy had to drive all the way back, because he discovered one of his pizza boxes was empty when they gave it to him. I also heard the girl working there (maybe the manager?) telling a customer they were out of everything and "on the struggle bus" because their truck doesn't come until the next day.

The guy that was at the counter was nice, but it is ridiculous waiting so long for pizza. We come to Pigeon Forge/gatlinburg area often, and i don't think I would come here again. We could have went in and sat down and had food at almost any resturuant on the strip in the time we spent...

Amazing location for a pizza place considering there isn’t options on my our way home so we did pickup on a whim for the first time from here. The portions were large which was great. Unfortunately, the dough was really dry and almost tough but that’s okay because I soak my bread in ranch anyways. I got a calzone and it had maybe 2% ingredients & 98% cheese. (I know what a calzone is but you pay for toppings and they aren’t in there so that’s the problem.) It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t anything I’d like to eat again & I usually clean my plate but a quarter way in and after tearing it apart to get more than just cheese and bread and having no pineapple or ham left after 2 bites, I was out. My sons pizza was bland & burnt black on the crust more than normal so he didn’t eat his that was leftover the next day which was shocking since he’s a leftover kinda kid. Italian sub I took a bite of was actually REALLY good! Wish my calzone had that much toppings! The guy taking our order was really nice but cocky about how great their food was so I was excited & expecting it to be with the hype being a foodie especially having to smell it on the way home. Unfortunately, it was less than mediocre for an amazing location. Maybe it was just the cook for the night but for the cost, I won’t try to find out if it...

This place is way over priced for mediocre food. When we arrived we were greeted very friendly and welcoming. We had entertained getting their special for two slices and a drink for 10$ which seems like a good deal. Upon asking how ordering which slices we wanted worked, the host points to the displays and informs us that those are the options to pick from. My wife states to the host that the pizzas in the display look old and cold as the heat lamps were not turned on. The host says they pop them back in the oven to heat them up. We decided to pass on that idea as it looked like food poisoning just waiting to happen. So we decided to order a small 1 topping, an order of cheese bread, and a cheesesteak with fries. I paid and went outside on the patio to eat. We got the pizza and cheese bread, but somehow they didn't ring up the cheesesteak so we had to pay and wait for that. They did give us a discount on the cheesesteak and two free garlic knots for the mistake which was nice of them. The pizza(20+$) and cheese bread(12$) were mediocre at best especially at the price. My wife enjoyed the cheesesteak and fries, BUT now she is very sick with what appears to be food poisoning...
