Hardee’s — Restaurant in Pikeville

To whom it may concern, Christmas eve morning about 6:30 am. I went through the drive thru in Pikeville,Ky and the girl whom waited on me was very disrespectful and rude. She was very unprofessional,She embarrassed me and hurt my feelings..I know I am not a Governor,Lawyer or even Judge. I am basically no one, just another customer..I know she was a young girl, I have a young girl and if she would ever treated a person the way your employee treated me.. Number 1 I would be so ashamed of her nasty behavior..Number 2 She would get reprimanded,, I know my child or children would never behave the way she did,My children were raised to respect people no matter the circumstance...Who ever is the head of the hardees corporation,might want to retrain your employee or employees with more evinces on respect..Thank you for your time and I hope you will take this posting as seriously as i feel that it is ,This post is a reminder the ceo of hardees that i am just another customer, who enjoys your food and I do deserve respect..thank...

Very clean, friendly fast food, hamburger n hot dog resturant. I drive rideshare here from Charleston, and I get all over the map. I've not enjoyed Hardee's in the past, but I was so hungry I stopped here. There's good parking and drive-thru, of course. Clean bathrooms, too. I ordered the new double cheeseburger with maple bacon and Swiss. It was sooooo good. It came with fries and a drink, also! The burgers were not dry like the other biggie fast food establishments. I really enjoyed the lunch more than most lately and would certainly come back if I was out in the area. They do serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There were also specials, like a $5.99 big lunch meal. I'll be trying that next time as it comes with a choice of three different sandwiches/burgers, fries, etc. Refills on your soda pop, if you please. I would recommend this location as it really surprised me. Keep up...

I’ve eat at this location several times with really good food and service, however on Jan 7th evening, between 5 and 6 pm i ran through the drive through. Staff was super friendly and nice, but the food was the issue, the frisco burger had not been heated,( cheese still unmelted), and the fries were hard and old. I stopped and heated the burger in a local microwave, but the meat tasted old. I was the only car in line and no one was eating inside at the time, I’ll be reluctant to spend my money there...
