Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pikeville

Went here after a doctor's appt and Brittany was such a sweetheart. Something happened with the mobile orders (something probably out of her control) and multiple people were getting upset with her and she was the only one up front while the rest of the employees (I think 2 or 3) were behind the line making the food. Brittany was so sweet and trying hard to make sure everyone got their order but it was awful seeing how the customers as well as her co-workers treated her. Very proud of how she handled herself. Ordering was a struggle because the cashier couldn't hear me through the plexiglass. I was told the wrapa are all premade so I couldn't get them without a particular item. The food tasted good I had already started eating when I realized my husbands sandwich had a huge hair hanging out of it. This is only a Chick-fil-A Express in a university building, not a full restaurant. Google Maps is very misleading about this. Hard to find, and for someone from out of town on a road trip, to get routed that far from the Interstate for something this difficult to locate is a bother.
