Charro's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

I was really disappointed in this place. It is rare that I write a negative review on a restaurant but this place was incredibly disappointing. So we Google the best restaurants in Pine Bluff. I was wanting Italian food one friend was wanting a steak house my other friend wanted Mexican food. We agreed to go to the closest one which was Mexican. Along the way I decided I wanted steak fajitas nachos or steak and shrimp fajitas for two on the hot cast iron pan. But when we arrived and got out of the vehicle walked to the door there was no indoor dining. Very disappointed we were walking back to the vehicle we noticed they drive through. We look at the drive-thru menu and tried to order through the drive-thru but they couldn't hear it so we had to drive around. Once we drive around there was no menu in site to order from. So we had to do it on the fly

I order the steak fajita nachos, because steak fajitas would have been impractical to eat in our vehicle considering we were from out of town. They did have steak fajita nachos they informed me that they do not have steak. They informed me they do not have shrimp either . They don't have fajitas at all!

My girlfriend orders anyway so I follow suit and just order a taco salad and special nachos.

When I got the tacos salad it was broken stale chips with meat and lettuce no tomatoes no cheese this is not how I ordered it this is just how it comes. The chips were obviously not made there they were from a bag an old open bag apparently. They didn't have white cheese dip. Say the least it was bland and very disappointed the least flavor of any Mexican restaurant fast food off the side of the street out of a truck out of a fine restaurant doesn't matter this was the worst Mexican...

Customer service is horrible!!!!! I was denied my food after I made a complaint that my taco chips weren't fresh on my taco salad and I asked for no dressing no tomatoes/lettuce and all of the above was on my salad. What's sad is I was told on the phone to bring my food back (uneating) which was crazy I guess because I was black they figured I would eat half the food then bring it back! So the lady said that they would replace it. I drove back up there and they told me that they couldn't refix my food and gave me my money back!! I have never in life experienced anything like this before I get punished for their mess up!!! I hate pulling the race card but this is clearly what this is!! I wasn't rude! I didn't get loud or anything!! I eat here almost everyday spending between $28-32 a day but I will NEVER EAT...

The only reason there is 1 star cause I had too to make a review....so now my review will start. This place was extremely disgusting as far as their food . A 10 yr old child could make way better version of Mexican food than this place. I ordered a burrito plate and asked that they don't put any chili( which tasted like a can of wolf brand) & of course they did. I also asked for nacho cheese instead of Chile and they ignored me. The guacamole salad had mayo in it. I went back to tell them that I ordered no Chile instead add nacho cheese. Well they wanted to CHARGE me for the nacho cheese @ $3.50 more.
