Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

Biletta was rude and utterly disrespectful. I was advised to always get the managers name and I called to let them know not to over cook my food...something Id been letting them slide on before but after spending $35-$40 per order and getting barely eatable food I called to let them know not to over cook the food like they done CONSISTENTLY on the last three orders. I asked for the manager and the young lady who answered called her to the phone. The first time she intentionally called back and the second time she refused to give her name and hung up. when I called a third time I let her know that I was recording the call and she gave some excuse that the call was coming through private even though she had my name and the number was coming through on the order. She still refused to give her name and continued to be rude and combative. I called to cancel the order and they didn't answer the phone. When the driver arrived without hesitation he IMMEDIATELY gave the name of the Manager on duty. Ironically she's been the one burning our food repeatedly! I wanted to send the food back but I didn't want to punish the driver former actions. When you choose poor leadership it yields poor results. I wish they had a way for me to upload the recording but I will have to settle on one star instead of a negative two stars! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and...

I want to give a compliment to Dante' (I hope I spelled your name right). I ordered a pacific veggie pizza thin crust online and somewhere in tech transmission it got to the store as hand tossed so the order for me was incorrect. I called and spoke with Dante' on the phone and kudos to how he heard me out and how well he explained the process of how they receive and process their online orders, but for him regardless to the error, his concern was to make it right with me the customer and immediately stated he would be happy to make me a thin crust as I ordered and to just bring the other one in for an exchange. He was professional, calm, understanding, prompt and courteous and I give him a huge thumbs up for his positive character and representation of the Domino's Corporation...THANK...

The experience was awful first they wouldn't let us in, then when they did they treated us awful stood and looked at us then when we ordered pizza, the guy says you do know this is gonna be about 30 something dollars I said 👌 OK THEN THE GUY GOT OFF THE PHONE WHERE HE DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS AND BEGAN OUR PIZZA IN THE MEAN TIME ANOTHER WOMAN CAME TO THE DOOR OH LOW AND BEHOLD THE DOOR WAS MAGICALLY OPEN FOR HER I FEEL DISCRIMNATED AGAINST AND WILL NEVER EVER DARKEN THERW DOOR STEP AGAIN...
